Superb service - took my car in for a suspected wheel bearing change but it wasn't yet gone enough to accurately diagnose, so rather than take a guess which wheel at my expense they sent me on my way to bring back in once it had got a bit louder. Took it back in a couple of weeks later and they replaced the right wheel bearing which fixed it. My go to mechanics now.

Can't recommend Max and MGS Garage enough! Have used twice now, Max installed an exhaust within a time limit as we were going away. Nothing was too much trouble. Explained the issue and was competitively priced compared to others. Just had car MOT'd with ease and he fixed a non-working second key. Will definitely use Max's services going forward and suggest other Mercedes owners do the same rather than going to the expensive main dealer. Thanks MGS Garage!

Brilliant garage. I brought my car in for some work to be done and an MOT- it was done and ready for me to collect within a few hours. It has been the least stressful MOT day I have ever had. I was really happy with the price too- these guys don't rip you off. They are very friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Okay... a bit of a cheat because these folks didn't actually do anything to my car. I had pulled over with steam coming out of my bonnet, the radiator to be precise, and this place was at the other side of the road. Called them up and they said they could take a look at it. I was looking at prices of new Astra radiators and he said it was just because I'd been fjording water and there was nothing wrong with the car. So yea very relieved at that. Nice guy and honest.

Took my Land Rover Discovery Sport to Holmbury straight from a service which had gone very wrong at a main Land Rover service centre in Guildford. Lee patiently established that they had misdiagnosed a fault which would have led to an expensive and unecessary repair. My visit to Holmbury saved me c.£1,100. I was lent a courtesy car and kept informed. Great service and truly professional. Thanks.

Desperately needed an exhaust clamp after losing one mid-drive 100 metres down the road! The garage got me sorted immediately at a very reasonable price and incredibly friendly service. I only wish my local garage could be more like this one.

Suspension top mounts were creaking, and its a job that is difficult for me to do. Friendly and easy to deal with. Job was done in 24 hours and got comfort when they offered to show me the old parts, which were clearly worn and needed replacing. They will get my work in the future!

Grant at GLM is not only friendly and welcoming, but also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes. I took a car to him with what looked to be a big expensive fix only to receive a phone call saying it was all fixed for under half the initial cost. I had an amazing experience with my BMW M4 at Grant’s shop. He’s an incredible mechanic who always goes the extra mile. He did an oil change, but he also topped up all my fluids and gave my car a thorough health check. He didn’t hesitate to do anything he thought was best for my car. He’s a top-notch guy and I highly recommend him. I wish there were more of him!

I echo the positive comments in all the other reviews. Chris guided us through the pros and cons of the different types of door he installs and answered all our questions diligently leaving me confident in ordering a Hormann sectional door. Installation was on the agreed date and Chris arrived promptly putting in a full day and a half's work. At all times Chris's communication was clear and timely and he completed what I view as an excellent job. The door has been up and running wonderfully smooth for a couple of months now. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris or indeed use his services myself again in the future.

My car needed a service and mot, so I shopped around and visited a few different garages in the area. When I went to Westcott garage and met Michael, I instantly knew I would be taking it here. Michael is a lovely guy, and I got the feeling straight away that he was a genuine chap. My intuition was correct. He did the service and mot on my car, keeping me up to date all along with what was going on and what needed doing, trying to keep the cost down for me as well, with it being Christmas and all.
