Quoted £99 just for a diagnostic check then parts and labourat Halfords went to Top Auto Aldershot instead Top service and only charged £36 would highly recommend and will use again

I booked for new front brake pads as they are listed on the RAC app. I called before booking to ask if I could wait while the work was being done as public transport is poor and was told that’s ok. I arrived at 08.25 and was greeted, they immediately took my keys and car and all done half an hour later. Very helpful and friendly, I’ll definitely bring my car again.

Used the garage for the first time this week. Good old fashioned service. Carried out the MOT & serviced the car. Very well priced, no phone calls to say costing more, can’t get this part, can’t do that. Just dropped it off, left overnight & retuned today. Little gem of a garage thanks all. Dave and team at Swift Test helped repaid our sad Volvo v90 in record time. It broke over the weekend, had it in with them on Monday, part ordered and fixed and back with us Wednesday. Could have even been Tuesday if the bolts weren't seized and needed time to soak. Their speed and willingness to always help, whilst been fair and honest with time and costs brings me back to Swifttest time and time again.

They have been looking after my vehicles for over 20 years and I can honestly say that in all that time, I have never once had an issue in any respect. I’ve been using Charterhouse since we moved to the area. Every experience with them has been excellent and prices are more than fair. I wouldn’t let anyone else look after my car now. Here’s an example of how helpful they are: it’s 3.00pm on a Friday and my car won’t start, the battery has gone over Christmas. I’m back in at work on Monday. I phone Charterhouse who sourced a battery, came to collect the car (N.B. I’m very local) and then replaced it. By 4.30pm I had the car back on my drive, ready to go for Monday. The best, friendliest, most honest and cost effective car garage. I have been using them for years, and they exceed my expectations every time. My car was in for its MOT, and when I collected it, it had also been fully cleaned inside and out, to my surprise. I was utterly grateful, but I had not expected it. They go above and beyond in every aspect of their service, and genuinely care about their customers. They are cost effective, and utterly dependable.

I cannot recommend Field’s highly enough. They replaced a clutch on my car and did some other work last week and were friendly, knowledgeable and called me up during the day to discuss some potential things they found and gave me clear guidance and their opinion. They updated me during the day and when I collected it the next day, they had cleaned it! I felt they were good value for money and I would recommend and will use again

Took my car in for MOT today and great service.I was late in dropping my car in as I assumed opening times was 7:30am instead of 7:00am but no problem with the team in Jordan's. To my surprise was called by 9:30am with all done. Will never be going back Halfords, who also look for faults to make money of you. Have now recommended Jordans to many people I know.

Been here a few times after getting recommended by a friend. Couldn't be happy. They're much more fairly priced compared to some other garages in the area. As I'm mechanically minded I'm so what aware of what work is needed. The guys at Jordans Garage are honest and never charge for work that isn't necessarily needed. I've experienced this isn't the case with all garages. Most definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service. I booked an MOT for the same day online and had a phone call within ten minutes to arrange a time. Lee and the team went out of their way to offer support and advice on approaching the dealer to claim back the cost of failed parts. The work was completed quickly, and they even topped up the oil without cost when we realised it was very low. Excellent customer service isn't easy to find anymore, so Jordan’s approach has secured my future business.

I cannot praise the staff at Shortfield Garage highly enough. I was driving a 1943 Jeep from London to Normandy to take part in D-Day Commemorations when I developed a problem. The garage was busy, but the staff recognised my situation and fitted the Jeep in straight away. Within a very short time, they had the Jeep back on its way.
