Absolutely brilliant couldn't recommend him more. Came out to fix the lock on my front door that had gone as couldn't lock it and he had it all fixed within 30 minutes and was able to cut me 2 new back door keys on site. Excellent customer service.

Dave provides an A star service every time I have called him to sort out the locks. Dave goes out of his way to arrive promptly after every call I have made to him and comes across very professional and resolves every lock issues quickly. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who uses his services as he has no hesitation in getting the job done to a high spec with very reasonable prices.

Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. I lost my car keys on the beach and didn't have a spare. Phoned up, and very quickly FSL and I confirmed a date and a time that worked for me for them to come round. The man who came, Cameron, was so helpful as he answered any questions I had and the person who was on the other end of the phone call was so kind and reassuring!

Great experience. Front door lock had given up, and I was locked out. Mark was fortunately nearby (I contacted Murray through WhatsApp not expecting such a speedy emergency response), entry gained without damage and lock replaced in half an hour - 45 mins from first getting in contact (especially appreciated as I’d been let down by, and had given up on, an insurance-arranged repair from another firm). Great care, no clean-up needed or damage. Really good value too. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly as for their help again.

James did a great job changing out a faulty ignition switch and also reprogrammed the gateway control module on my VW Golf MK 6, unlike my local VW dealer (Camberley) who showed very little interest in resolving the issue.

David responded quickly ,positively and with a friendly manner to my request for help with a jammed lock. He is not just a good locksmith but a carpenter too as he also rectified the problem with the door.All in all, very good service and I would highly recommend him.

Excellent service from start to finish. We called with our front door deadlock not working. Julian attended us promptly on time and managed to find a workaround to opening it. He could have easily recommended that we needed to change the lock, but gave an honest assessment, provided a fix and also was willing to come back to replace it if it failed again.
