Recieved excellent and efficient service from Fidelis today. Called and popped in this morning to repair my VW Golf key and the 2 friendly chaps got me back up and running again within 30 mins. I own my own Locksmith & Security business and pass work / referrals to Cameron, Paul, Jay & Paul when I am over booked or unable to attend certain jobs. They have always been willing to help & obliging & have even assisted me short notice when I had a piece of equipment die on me half way through an emergency call out. They are trust worthy as I simply wouldn’t ask them otherwise.

Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. He also made sure to take the extra steps needed to confirm that you definitely are the homeowner before starting the job. You could immediately notice that he was confident and skilled in his craft, made it look so easy. Competitively priced, and fast. Dan was fantastic from start to finish. He was very responsive and communicative throughout. He assessed security across the property and suggested solutions with full explanations. When solutions were not straight forward he was thoughtful in his choice of options. He has got a great work ethic and does everything to a high standard. Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

David responded quickly ,positively and with a friendly manner to my request for help with a jammed lock. He is not just a good locksmith but a carpenter too as he also rectified the problem with the door.All in all, very good service and I would highly recommend him.

Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge.
