I own my own Locksmith & Security business and pass work / referrals to Cameron, Paul, Jay & Paul when I am over booked or unable to attend certain jobs. They have always been willing to help & obliging & have even assisted me short notice when I had a piece of equipment die on me half way through an emergency call out. They are trust worthy as I simply wouldn’t ask them otherwise.

Highly recommend Fidelis Security & Locksmiths, Cameron and the team have helped me out a few times with getting spare keys for a car (even when it’s a tricky car like my Saab!!) and I’ve always received the best service and price. I couldn’t be happier with the locksmith service I received! I found myself locked out of my house and called them in a bit of a panic, but they arrived incredibly fast—much quicker than I expected. The locksmith was professional, efficient, and had me back inside in no time. What really impressed me was the price. It was far better than I anticipated, especially for such prompt and high-quality service. I genuinely feel so much more at ease knowing I have their number saved. Recieved excellent and efficient service from Fidelis today. Called and popped in this morning to repair my VW Golf key and the 2 friendly chaps got me back up and running again within 30 mins. I was charged less than I was originally quoted on the phone which is a bonus! Won’t hesitate to use Fidelis in the future. Many thanks for your help

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Highly recommend Dave at Rockhopper. We had internal and external locks and key boxes fitted and work was excellent. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Great communication too- on another occasion, half an hour from making contact after snapping a key and the job was done!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Very happy and will be contacting Darren for any other issues in the future

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Brilliant service from Guildford Street Locksmiths fixing a jammed lock on our door. Owen was able to come the same day, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, talked us through the solutions and their costs, provided a temporary lock while waiting for the replacement part to come and kept us informed throughout. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant service, got locked out by mistake, within 15 minutes the locksmith was on site (squeezing us in before another appointment) and had us back in the house within 20 minutes. What a wonderful firm KBO are. Couldn’t be more helpful and efficient and in these days of rogue locksmiths choose KBO every time. My 94 year old nearly blind and disabled father who lives in Farnham was scammed out of £700 by a firm of ‘local’ locksmiths. KBO saved the day. Highly recommend this lovely firm.

Absolutely brilliant couldn't recommend him more. Came out to fix the lock on my front door that had gone as couldn't lock it and he had it all fixed within 30 minutes and was able to cut me 2 new back door keys on site. Excellent customer service.

Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. These situations are usually so stressful but he made us feel secure again in our home - highly recommend.
