An extremely easy to give 5 star review. Dave is polite, friendly and well skilled. He was here when he said he'd be and did exactly what he said he would, supplying quality materials and good advice at the pre-agreed price. He even took the time to do something we hadn't asked him to do whilst he was here for no extra charge. Excellent stuff all round and highly recommend.

Dave arrived very promptly- within 20 minutes. He had all the best tools with him and I was in the house within 5 mins. Very professional service. No damage to existing locks and no need to change the deadlock system. Very impressed and grateful im house sitting for a mate so was up shit creek when I locked myself out.

The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered! The chap was fast, friendly and customer centric and sorted my door within 10 mins so we could all go to bed and sleep easy! Thank you!

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Fantastically quick service (within an hour) when originally called for lock issues. Then excellent replacement of the gearbox and checking everything was is working order. Eric also provided excellent advice on my locks to ensure the house is fully secure.

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Luke from ‘Through the Keyhole’ attended my property in Bracknell, to measure existing locks so that I could order the correct size, Ultion locks. Luke then fitted them professionally and ensured that they were all working correctly before leaving. I also asked Luke to fit a new door panel to the back door (removed panel which had a cat flap in door). I would fully recommend Luke and ‘Through the Keyhole Locksmiths’.
