John came to help me out when my car key completely snapped in half. He was our hero! John arrived in an hour from the initial call and had us all sorted with a new key in about 20 minutes. Excellent service - John arrived as arranged and the duplicate car key was provided in about half an hour. Reasonable price as well. John was very polite and helpful in explaining about the immobiliser function light on the dash. Highly recommended if you need a second vehicle key.

What a wonderful firm KBO are. Couldn’t be more helpful and efficient and in these days of rogue locksmiths choose KBO every time. My 94 year old nearly blind and disabled father who lives in Farnham was scammed out of £700 by a firm of ‘local’ locksmiths. KBO saved the day. Highly recommend this lovely firm.

Brilliant service, got locked out by mistake, within 15 minutes the locksmith was on site (squeezing us in before another appointment) and had us back in the house within 20 minutes. Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.
