10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. Great service.

I highly recommend EPRLocksmith. After an over 24hr frustration of locking ourselves outside the flat, we tried getting quotations from others whose prices were just too high, unreasonable and too much needs. I then reached out to EPRLocksmith who had once helped me when I had locked the car keys inside. He quickly picked his call and came to our rescue within 15min. All he asked for was for us to send him the pic of our lock, which i did. He was very friendly and polite. Our problem was sorted within 3 minutes and his charge was very very fair and manageable comparing to what we were getting before. I would again and again chose his service and we so much appreciate.

Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. These situations are usually so stressful but he made us feel secure again in our home - highly recommend.

Chris was the 1st to respond to our request and was able to come as soon as we could fit it in. He was very efficient and ensured all things were tried, starting from the easiest fix first. Our front door turned out to be more problematic as was caused by multiple issues. However, he persevered to resolve it for us so a new door was avoided which we were really grateful for. His work only lasted 1full hour and the total cost also inlcuded the cost of a new barrel and keys. We were more than happy + have his number saved. Thank you Chris.

Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. Recieved excellent and efficient service from Fidelis today. Called and popped in this morning to repair my VW Golf key and the 2 friendly chaps got me back up and running again within 30 mins. I am writing a review on behalf of my Father, Peter from Guildford. We had an error alert come up on the alarm which meant that we were unable to set the alarm. Oliver initially tried to help us fix the issue over the phone. As that did not work, he come over within 15 mins and managed to fix the error code which enabled us to set the alarm. We were very impressed with Oliver's can-do attitude and also that he come out so promptly on Christmas Eve. We would highly recommend Oliver and his company.

OC Services installed a new intercom system for us consisting of 20 houses. We recently needed our locks changed at our new house and reached out to Darren at Sherlock Locksmiths. Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Kevin quoted for and replaced our old front door lock with a robust and upto date version, giving us the option of high security keys as well. I didn’t know of him before, but wanted someone local and trustworthy. He was open, patient and a pleasure to work with. Definitely one to Recommend.

Quick response to a garage lockout that needed a quick turnaround, friendly, clear on what it would take and estimated cost with actually cost being a few pounds different. Contacted Kevin after breaking a door lock on a Thursday night. He came Friday lunchtime, quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted a new lock on the spot. Great communication, fair price and would definitely use him again.

I was stupid enough to lock myself out of the house today. They arrived within an hour of me calling them. Alex from the team unlocked the door in 10 minutes without any damage to the lock and the door. He also was kind enough to fix the lock which was a bit loose from before. He is an expert in this. Definitely five stars.
