We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. I needed to locks changed on a property in Epsom urgently. So I called John at about- turn locks in Epsom. One lock I had a key for & the other lock I didn’t have a key. Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Recieved excellent and efficient service from Fidelis today. Called and popped in this morning to repair my VW Golf key and the 2 friendly chaps got me back up and running again within 30 mins. Stupidly left my keys indoors today and was stuck outside with my missus and my newborn baby. I called the number for Swift, and got through to a gentleman who provided me an ETA of 30-45 minutes. Within 2-3 minutes later, I got a call from a mobile (the locksmith himself), stating he was 2 mins away. He was able to open the door due to it not being double-locked, using a mere metal rod. No damage to the door, or the lock. Between me picking up the phone and being back in my home, it took about 20 minutes - perhaps just got lucky, but incredible service in my opinion! Didn’t catch the locksmith’s name (unfortunately), but I believe he may have been Eastern European, guy was a true professional! Would recommend!!!

Top service. The technician, Ruslan, was excellent, very quick to arrive, very quick to get the job done and explain the problem. He also fixed another issue with our front lock within seconds that's been a problem for years. Was cheaper than another locksmith who came out and quoted nearly £100 more. Would recommend.

Dave arrived very promptly- within 20 minutes. He had all the best tools with him and I was in the house within 5 mins. Very professional service. No damage to existing locks and no need to change the deadlock system. Very impressed and grateful im house sitting for a mate so was up shit creek when I locked myself out.

Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Parts had to be ordered but these arrived the next day and he came straight away to fit them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

My partner and I bought our first property and hired Lucian to replace the locks. He was absolutely fantastic, not only did he replace all the locks quickly and perfectly (despite there being many more locks than we originally thought) but he fixed mistakes that the previous owners had made when installing their locks and then, for good measure, fixed the front gate! I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. We have worked with Matt from Bullseye a few times over 5 years on our own home as well as investment property. We had an issue with our security gate padlock at work in so far as the key had snapped in it rendering it useless! We called Matthew to see if there was any way we could salvage the padlock as the cost of replacing this and the various keys held would have been phenomenal! Matthew managed to remove the broken key with ease and from start to finish he was both professional and friendly - would gladly recommend his services to others
