Best locksmith in Reigate, excellent service From Dan, left my keys indoor was worried that I have to change the whole lock. Called Dan, he was pompt and opened the door without changing the door's lock. Thank you and highly recommend Dan because he is simply the best.

Dan was fantastic from start to finish. He was very responsive and communicative throughout. He assessed security across the property and suggested solutions with full explanations. When solutions were not straight forward he was thoughtful in his choice of options. He has got a great work ethic and does everything to a high standard. I would 100% recommend Dan and RLM Locksmiths.

I cannot thank this person enough for helping me today. Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

Excellent service. James was kind enough to respond to my email on Boxing Day. As the issue was not as urgent as I initially feared (I got the door shut!), James came and fixed my dodgy lock a couple of days later. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, he explained the issue and the fix. Highly recommended.

Dave responded quickly to an emergency call out on a Sunday evening. He managed to resolve the problem and was very knowledgeable recommending suitable and affordable products. Couldn't have expected a better service.

Did a really professional job with our wonky front door lock and two double glazing door locks. Easy to book them in within a few days and came on time. Fair price as well, so happy to recommend.

Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Parts had to be ordered but these arrived the next day and he came straight away to fit them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered! An extremely easy to give 5 star review. Dave is polite, friendly and well skilled. He was here when he said he'd be and did exactly what he said he would, supplying quality materials and good advice at the pre-agreed price. He even took the time to do something we hadn't asked him to do whilst he was here for no extra charge. Excellent stuff all round and highly recommend.

Amazing Job! Tony was at the job site within half an hour on a Sunday morning! The key was not turning in the lock so I could not get into the property.
