Julian responded very promptly to our enquiry. He arrived punctually and sorted out our sticking front door and fitted a secure new lock as requested. We also asked him to check out some French windows which had been difficult to shut and, to his credit, explained that the problem had resolved itself and that they didn't need repairing.The bill was reasonable and we are satisfied customers.

Great experience. Front door lock had given up, and I was locked out. Mark was fortunately nearby (I contacted Murray through WhatsApp not expecting such a speedy emergency response), entry gained without damage and lock replaced in half an hour - 45 mins from first getting in contact (especially appreciated as I’d been let down by, and had given up on, an insurance-arranged repair from another firm). Great care, no clean-up needed or damage. Really good value too. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly as for their help again.

I contacted Chris Sharp this morning and whilst he was unable to assist with a multi-lock issue he put himself out to help. I was so impressed by his knowledge and his determination. Recently moved into new house, and had booked Chris to come and swap out the locks. Chris was in touch before hand on email so we could plan and schedule work to do. He arrived promptly and immediately got on with things. Not only did Chris change the locks but re-aligned several doors, and advised us on general door/lock related issues. Chris was really good local Tradesman. Booking him to come back and sort out some window latches. Fantastic service. Price was as agreed, no surprises.

Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. These situations are usually so stressful but he made us feel secure again in our home - highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant couldn't recommend him more. Came out to fix the lock on my front door that had gone as couldn't lock it and he had it all fixed within 30 minutes and was able to cut me 2 new back door keys on site. Excellent customer service.

Amazing service. He completed the job with no hassle and went the extra mile finish on the day. I booked the job with some other company and last minute they told me it couldn't be done because of the height restriction in my carpark, they blamed it on the type of equipment required. But this guy managed to get the job done, to a very high standard I must say, without me having to get the car out of the carpark as the other company suggested. Saving me 300 pounds! Chris was the 1st to respond to our request and was able to come as soon as we could fit it in. He was very efficient and ensured all things were tried, starting from the easiest fix first. Our front door turned out to be more problematic as was caused by multiple issues. However, he persevered to resolve it for us so a new door was avoided which we were really grateful for. His work only lasted 1full hour and the total cost also inlcuded the cost of a new barrel and keys. We were more than happy + have his number saved. Thank you Chris.
