Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. Brilliant service from Guildford Street Locksmiths fixing a jammed lock on our door. Owen was able to come the same day, he was courteous and knowledgeable. Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Ira was quick to arrive and get my keys out of the car after I locked myself out. I asked him to make me a copy on the spot and despite it being a challenge due to the model and age of my car he persevered and maned to make me a copy. Top bloke and excellent service. Would highly recomend him

James was recommended to me by a separate locksmith who was unable to help us. He was polite and responsive right from first contact and did all he could to resolve same day, although we couldn’t quite make that happen. He went out of his way to get to us first thing the next day, resolved the challenge in twenty minutes AND came to pick me up to drive me to the car. Overall just an excellent experience and I really wish all trades were this good.

Issue with Porsche ignition not working; suppled correct part from Porsche, solved the problem that was misdiagnosed by Porsche recovery. Pleasant and professional service, would recommend without reservation.
