Recently moved into new house, and had booked Chris to come and swap out the locks. Chris was in touch before hand on email so we could plan and schedule work to do. He arrived promptly and immediately got on with things. Not only did Chris change the locks but re-aligned several doors, and advised us on general door/lock related issues. Chris was really good local Tradesman. Booking him to come back and sort out some window latches. Fantastic service. Price was as agreed, no surprises.

Popped in to get a couple of keys cut and a trophy too. Despite it being really busy for a Wednesday morning at 10am, the lad in there was polite, helpful and pretty quick! Keys were cut there and then and the trophy was engraved within 20 minutes (which gave me an excuse to get a coffee!). Definitely recommend this place

Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

Dan was fantastic from start to finish. He was very responsive and communicative throughout. He assessed security across the property and suggested solutions with full explanations. When solutions were not straight forward he was thoughtful in his choice of options. He has got a great work ethic and does everything to a high standard. Ali arrived on time, urged patience, performed some amazing acrobatics to get inside our utility room and voila - doors unlocked and idiot locked out family reunited with their warm home.

The service will provided was exemplary. Care was taken not to destroy the locks, but to access the property with as less impact to the doors as possible. Additional, I was provided with additional security advice and an installation of a secure key box.

Our door had dropped and was no longer able to lock. Clive fit us in that day and was really helpful. Finished the job quickly and I would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Clive came out to realign/adjust our Solidor front door after it had settled, and inspect/repair a jammed window. The work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard, Clive was friendly and professional and offered plenty of advice for maintaining the doors and windows going forward.

Darren was great, he really helped us out getting back inside our front door. It wasn’t an emergency as we were going out but got us back in our house the same day. He changed the locks but identified quickly our previous lock was making us vulnerable as they were not completely safe. He was incredibly reasonable for what he charged and took his time to make sure our door did not stick any longer either. He went above and beyond and was a lovely chap to deal with.
