He was great to deal with both in terms communication, advice and quotes/pricing - James also offered to do a drive-by of the house we we're due to complete on to provide a more accurate quotation. On the day, James performed the job quickly and efficiently, and it came in under the original price quoted, which was already very competitive to begin with. 100% recommend James / My Locks.

Excellent service. James was kind enough to respond to my email on Boxing Day. As the issue was not as urgent as I initially feared (I got the door shut!), James came and fixed my dodgy lock a couple of days later. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, he explained the issue and the fix. Highly recommended.

Amazing Job! Tony was at the job site within half an hour on a Sunday morning! The key was not turning in the lock so I could not get into the property. Tony figured out and fixed the issue quickly and gave me advice for what to do going forward. Very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this company!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Very happy and will be contacting Darren for any other issues in the future

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Darren arrived on time and was very positive and professional in his work. When he found an issue that could have meant a return visit with another charge, he problem solved and found another solution instead. Darren was contactable prior to his visit, was clean and tidy during and explained what he was doing and why. We had a positive experience.

Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. These situations are usually so stressful but he made us feel secure again in our home - highly recommend.

Dave goes out of his way to arrive promptly after every call I have made to him and comes across very professional and resolves every lock issues quickly. Absolutely brilliant couldn't recommend him more. Came out to fix the lock on my front door that had gone as couldn't lock it and he had it all fixed within 30 minutes and was able to cut me 2 new back door keys on site. Excellent customer service.
