Not an emergency, but Jason came out quickly and resolved our problem by replacing just part of the lock, rather than replacing the whole thing. He didn't invoice us for a few days until he was sure we were happy with the work. Highly recommended, reliable and trustworthy.

My front door lock broke and Jason arrived very promptly and fitted new lock and also fixed two internal doors which were not shutting properly. He also braced my summerhouse door which had dropped. He completed the work quickly and very efficiently. Lovely guy and would highly recommend for all security needs.

Absolutely amazing, from start to finish. After having my van broken into and my tools stolen, I was looking for security plates to be fitted to my Transit Custom. Island Security offered to fit internal and external plates where other business only offered to fit external plates, and the cost to fit was very reasonable. However, this wasn't the best bit about the whole experience! Jason went out of his way to provide a great service. Thank you Jason, I'm really grateful for all your efforts. I was quoted £410 to replace a faulty front door lock by another independent local company, so I phoned JCM and the guy on the phone got me to email pictures of the problem, he then phoned me back no more than 2 minutes after I'd sent the pictures and asked me to double check some of the locks functions, I did this over the phone and he then said he thinks the mechanism has marginally moved and if I take a particular part of the door lock off the door frame and pack 1mm - 2mm of cardboard or a spacer in the gap then it should fix the problem. The next day I did exactly that and yes it fixed the problem saving me over £400. This sort of customer service is unusual these days and hopefully this review will help others make a decision on which company to use. Highly recommended.

Jaroslaw was brilliant and sorted out a new key & fob and extra replacement key blade for me which were lost for my key. Reasonable rates compared to the competition, arrived the day and time he said he would and completed the work in 1 hour. I would highley recommend.

We lost one of the keys for our Audi Q3 and needed a replacement. Jaroslaw provided a great service for a good price. He came the next day at the agreed time, cut the key part for the ignition and then programmed both keys back into the car's computer. He worked efficiently and answered all my questions patiently. At the end I tested the key and it performed all the functions just like the original one. Very happy and highly recommend his services.

What a great service from Nick who came and fitted a new lock that was of a better quality and the right size for the door which my previous wasn't as it stuck out about 8mm inside, and was jamming and getting hard to open. He phoned 15 minutes before arriving. I needed 4 keys, the lock came with 3 so he took one away and was going to cut me another and drop it off the next day, however he dropped it back the same day when going back out to another call as he was passing. A++ Service and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a swift professional service.

I had two key blanks - supplied by parts agent for the car make - that required to be cut from original keys for a classic 1950’s car. After trying several locksmiths I was pointed in the direction of Paul at The Locksmiths shop in Cheam. On first visit he discovered I’d been supplied with the incorrect blanks and advised I contact the original supplier to receive the correct blanks. Three days later I returned with the correct blanks and Paul cut them within 10 minutes - both a perfect fit to the ignition and door locks. An outstanding service with Paul’s knowledge ensuring the first set of incorrect key blanks were not used, saving me his initial cost to cut them plus the cost of the incorrect key blanks. So pleased overall with their service I’ve made a further enquiry to replace some locks at our house.

I highly recommend EPRLocksmith. After an over 24hr frustration of locking ourselves outside the flat, we tried getting quotations from others whose prices were just too high, unreasonable and too much needs. I then reached out to EPRLocksmith who had once helped me when I had locked the car keys inside. He quickly picked his call and came to our rescue within 15min. All he asked for was for us to send him the pic of our lock, which i did. He was very friendly and polite. Our problem was sorted within 3 minutes and his charge was very very fair and manageable comparing to what we were getting before. 10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. Recently moved into new house, and had booked Chris to come and swap out the locks. Chris was in touch before hand on email so we could plan and schedule work to do. Highly recommended !! My front door lock broke so could not open it, Gary was round the same day, the job was very difficult, they managed to open the door without causing any damage. They then fitted a temp' lock while they ordered a new one, back the next day with the new lock as well. Can't thank Gary enough for his great work!

Gary responded to an emergency call out to an elderly vulnerable local lady by sending Dave to replace a lock within a half hour. Dave was patient and offered lots of advice regarding the best lock for lady to use. Very reasonably priced. I don't usually write reviews but their service was very deserving of this one. On another, Gary went above and beyond sourcing the parts to replace the locking mechanism on my bi-folding doors. The prices are extremely fair and the team clearly care about the job that they do.
