Absolutely brilliant couldn't recommend him more. Came out to fix the lock on my front door that had gone as couldn't lock it and he had it all fixed within 30 minutes and was able to cut me 2 new back door keys on site. Excellent customer service.

Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. These situations are usually so stressful but he made us feel secure again in our home - highly recommend.

Amazing Job! Tony was at the job site within half an hour on a Sunday morning! The key was not turning in the lock so I could not get into the property. Brilliant service, got locked out by mistake, within 15 minutes the locksmith was on site (squeezing us in before another appointment) and had us back in the house within 20 minutes. The locksmith thought outside the box to find a solution so we didn’t have to drill locks etc. Can’t thank them enough!

Excellent service from start to finish. We called with our front door deadlock not working. Julian attended us promptly on time and managed to find a workaround to opening it. He could have easily recommended that we needed to change the lock, but gave an honest assessment, provided a fix and also was willing to come back to replace it if it failed again.

Julian responded very promptly to our enquiry. He arrived punctually and sorted out our sticking front door and fitted a secure new lock as requested. Great experience. Front door lock had given up, and I was locked out. Mark was fortunately nearby (I contacted Murray through WhatsApp not expecting such a speedy emergency response), entry gained without damage and lock replaced in half an hour - 45 mins from first getting in contact (especially appreciated as I’d been let down by, and had given up on, an insurance-arranged repair from another firm). Great care, no clean-up needed or damage. Really good value too. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly as for their help again.
