Amazing garage, came and got my car started, replaced the battery and brought it back in an hour and a half. Cheaper than certain national chains who don't give a fraction of the service too. 100% would recommend.

Just wanted to share my experience with Hawthorns. I had a bit of an emergency with a puncture and a locking wheel that I could not remove. Following a recommendation from Merit tyres who could not remove it and seemed totally disinterested in doing anything . They kindly removed it with no charge in quick time when asked what I owed they said just leave us a review. I will be popping back and dropping in something for their time as I had no cash on me at the time. I would recommend these guys as they helped me out of a rubbish situation. Top customer service nice to have some good guys out there compared to money grabbing pigs in most garages .

Hawthorns is with out a doubt not just the best garage I have ever used in over 20 years of driving but also one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Over the last year my wife and I have used them a number of times for services and part replacement and they are always quick, fantastic value and honest. On 2 occasions they finished the work quicker than expected so took some money off the price when I picked it up (they didn't need to do that but they did). Cars always return gleaming and spotless and on 2 occasions they fixed something minor that was wrong with my car (one of the tracks on my seat had split and my rear door had filled with water) while they were doing something else. Amazing company

Had my car towed here after it got a puncture and the locking wheel nut defeated replacing it at the roadside. Despite it not being booked in staff found time to get it off and get the spare on for me. Great service as always.

Needed my rear discs and pads replaced on my Jeep Renegade. I supplied the parts and they charged me to fit. Pleasant staff and honest , not the cheapest but cheaper than a main dealer. Would use again and would recommend.

Brilliant customer service. This garage is a rare find - honest people! It was recommended by a few people on a Facebook group so after reading the reviews, I decided it was worth a try. I’m so pleased to have found a trustworthy garage, who also don’t treat me like just some stupid female who knows nothing! The lady on reception is so helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The expertise from the mechanics is also excellent. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now.

I cannot recommend Field’s highly enough. They replaced a clutch on my car and did some other work last week and were friendly, knowledgeable and called me up during the day to discuss some potential things they found and gave me clear guidance and their opinion. They updated me during the day and when I collected it the next day, they had cleaned it! I felt they were good value for money and I would recommend and will use again

Really efficient, informative, friendly service. I had a weird sound coming from the front axle area of my car, which was hard to describe. They sent a technician with me on a drive to see if he could hear it. We managed to replicate the sound and they told me same day that they could fix it, which was also very reasonably priced. Dave and team at Swift Test helped repaid our sad Volvo v90 in record time. It broke over the weekend, had it in with them on Monday, part ordered and fixed and back with us Wednesday. Could have even been Tuesday if the bolts weren't seized and needed time to soak. Their speed and willingness to always help, whilst been fair and honest with time and costs brings me back to Swifttest time and time again.

TPS come highly recommended, its a family run business in a big converted barn fitted with all the modern equipment. My Jetta needed some new front brakes and TPW procured and fitted them in no time at all, Brembo brakes and pads has reduced the braking distance significantly. Has consistently diagnosed and fixed our vans when others couldn’t, first time every time. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently we had a van with intermittent power loss. 2 other garages had it for multiple days wasting time and money but Top Performance managed to find the source of the issue and solve it straight away.

Oscar did an absolutely brilliant job repairing my classic Mini, not only making it roadworthy but so reliable that I can now drive it every day without any issues. The work included replacing the head gasket and going through the entire car to replace or repair tired and unsafe components. Oscar was meticulous in the care that he took to bring the car up to standard and his communication was superb, regularly giving me updates and different options to suit my budget. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone and will be using them for all my future car repair needs.
