I visited Speedwell Garage yesterday for a car service, and I was very impressed! The entire customer journey had been well thought through from start to finish and the customer service was absolutely brilliant. Every small touch, from the friendly welcome to the detailed explanation of the work done, made a big difference and did not go unnoticed. Nick, the owner, has a fantastic demeanour—approachable, professional, and clearly passionate about providing a great level of service for his customers. I'd highly recommend this garage and I will be returning again in the future!

Communicated really well with updates about the car. The friendliest garage we've been to and got everything fixed that needed fixing. Despite problems with the delivery of parts, they were still able to get the job done for when I needed the car back.

We had a diagnostic test on our Range Rover as there were a few issues going on. He managed to find out what the issues were and had the patience and knowledge to fix them. He kept us updated and did such a great job. Thank you Nick.

I recently had my first MOT in Loughborough since moving here. The first experience i had with a new garage in the town and they provided a top service. Booking was simple online, they had prompt availability and dealt with my MOT and subsequent repairs efficiently. They were also transparent with costing when asked. Would definitely recommend them.

Done my routine service with them, everything seems to be fine so far. Competitive pricing. Only issue I had was the fact that my invoice states air filter change while I have performance oil based filter not manufacturers paper one which doesn't need changing and wasn't change.

The team at Lee Robinson are amazing. They fixed so many faults on my car and it's great to get it back in tip top condition. I will tell everyone how good and fair they are. They don't rip you off, the charges for labour are extremely reasonable. The work carried out is authorised by me before any work is done. Absolutely fantastic. I'm very very happy. So much so I will use them for all my car requirements, services and MOTs.

Excellent service and quality work. I feared the worst when I heard an awful noise coming from my suspension, booked in with LRMS having never used them before it was fixed in good time along with some other work being carried out, car is now running well. They've just done my MOT test too. Will definately be using them again, brilliant.

Always get a great service here and a full explanation of what work needs to be done (if any) and how much the work will cost if you want to go ahead with it. Prices are very reasonable and I have never had any issues with any of the work completed by them. They also give great advice if I ask about how to fix certain bits myself as well. I recommend this garage to anyone who asks me where I take my car to. Keep up all the good work 👍🏻

There are several garages closer to where I live but I go to Double A because they do a good job at a reasonable price. Most important of all, I know they will never suggest doing work I don't really need. I trust them.

Excellent service here! Ive been twice and been very happy both times. The first time they spent a good ammount of time finding a reasonably priced part instead of automatically going for the most expensive. In these hard times, I really appreciated that. Last week I went for a service and asked them to check a possible issue. Im a single woman who knows little about mechanics. They could easily have taken advantage of me and charged me to fix it when in fact they checked it out and reassured me that it is fine. I highly recommend this garage 👍🏼

Took my car down to these guys after having the engine management light come on. Both mechanics were really nice and explained the issues to me within 15 minutes, gave me different options, and how they could fix it. Had everything fixed within a day and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!👍🏼

Realised my MOT had ran out, called these guys and got me booked in same day, my tester Tommy was 2nd to none, excellent conduct throughout the service they delivered, extremely knowledgeable and a great laugh! Could not recommend these guys enough, they're very thorough and no job seemed too big with what was coming in, in the short time I was there

Had a broken window regulator, called up and got booked in just under a week, had a few issues along the way but all were dealt with fantastically. Richard was very friendly and kept me up to date on what was happening. Had the car fixed quickly and for a good price. Will be going back if I have issues in the future

Friendly, professional service from Neil and the team. Service and MOT carried out on my car for far less than the local main dealer, and S Line made me feel like they appreciated my business (unlike the local main dealer). The whole experience from start to finish was very good, including making the acquaintance of the fabulous turtles in the tank in reception! Will definitely be back, why pay main dealer prices when service like this is available around the corner?

Really welcoming and helpful when I took my car in for its MOT and Service, when my car failed its MOT they quickly resolved the matter and got it to pass over the weekend which was ideal. Will definitely be going back and recommending to friends and family!!

Absolutely brilliant garage. I took my fiesta there a week or so ago for a full service and the work the lads done was brilliant. My car feels so much more better and responsive. They recommended me needing 2 new wishbones which I agreed to and after being fixed I can tell a huge difference in the feel / drive of my car. Highly recommend.
