Communicated really well with updates about the car. The friendliest garage we've been to and got everything fixed that needed fixing. Despite problems with the delivery of parts, they were still able to get the job done for when I needed the car back.

Every small touch, from the friendly welcome to the detailed explanation of the work done, made a big difference and did not go unnoticed. Nick, the owner, has a fantastic demeanour—approachable, professional, and clearly passionate about providing a great level of service for his customers. I recently had my first MOT in Loughborough since moving here. The first experience i had with a new garage in the town and they provided a top service. Booking was simple online, they had prompt availability and dealt with my MOT and subsequent repairs efficiently. They were also transparent with costing when asked. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a diagnostic test on our Range Rover as there were a few issues going on. He managed to find out what the issues were and had the patience and knowledge to fix them. He kept us updated and did such a great job. Thank you Nick.

Last time I took my car for a "full" service at a different garage, I'm pretty sure they just changed the oil and filters and charged me for a full service. As part of the Good Garage Scheme, Speedwell garage gives you a full tick list of all the things they have checked to give you peace of mind that everything has been looked at. This does mean we have a list of things to get fixed, but better to know now than find out later! I'm glad to have found a garage we can trust.
