Took our Rescue cat Casper from Loughborough Kitten Rescue for his 2nd vaccine today, lovely lady vet with blonde hair, said she had only started yesterday. Casper didnt flinch was quite at ease. Receptionist also very friendly and helpful. They had a sign saying a cat was passing over the rainbow bridge, lovely respectful touch. I've owned cats 30 years and this vets felt very homely, great team 👏

I am so pleased about the advice I get from Kayleigh — the top nurse — regarding my three little dogs’ welfare. Whenever I need to check my best buddies’ weight or ask for anything regarding health issues, I know I will get top professional advice. This practice really does love pets - as soon as you enter you can see a lovely and colourful display of the staff’s own pets.

Medivet Loughborough provide one of the best veterinary care services I’ve ever experienced. It is clear they care for pets and their families at an individual level, according to their specific needs. We have a nervous border collie and they are always so caring and patient with him :-) they’re the best! Special thanks to Rachael Wallace for all her time and patience :-)

We have used Pinfold Vets since we moved near to the area. Pinfold was recommended and we have used these wonderful people ever since. Thank you for being so professional and compassionate with putting little Honey to sleep. We were able to go in straight away and were seen very swiftly. The prices were also very reasonable. You will be my first choice if I ever need a vet for any of my other pets. A+

Our little old dog was sadly put to sleep yesterday after a very rapid decline. He luckily hadn't need to go to the vet often and actually hadn't been for some time but the receptionists were brilliant and booked us an appointment. Geraldine the vet was lovely, kind and compassionate and helped confirm it was the best thing we could do for our boy. Everything was peaceful and calm with dignity.

Passing through on a narrowboat, phoned for an emergency appointment for our poorly old cat. Seen and treated very quickly, for a very reasonable cost. Everyone was helpful and so friendly, massive thank you to the vet

Cannot praise and thank the vets and staff at this surgery enough after recently moving to the area. Our spaniel Holly was rushed in for emergency surgery after the vet discovered she had a tumour on her spleen. If it hadn't been for quick attention given she would not be here back at home with us now. Everyone at the surgery have been so kind and I really thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of Holly. You should pride yourselves on the compassion and service you provide.

We love this practice, they're knowledgeable, kind and go out of their way to help (especially with our diabetic dog). However I really wish they had an exotics vet. Currently there's only 2 serving the entire Leicestershire area and it can be very difficult to get in with them because of their caseload. There are a couple of others that will see an exotic animal but, as I was told during my search, they don't have an actual exotics vet. I recently had an emergency with one of my hedgehogs and Jenny (pretty sure it was her) was wonderful and agreed to take a look because the one exotics vet fell ill before our appointment and the other was still on his leave. She found part of the problem and was able to give me some medication, but I ultimately had to wait over a week until he could get in at Chine House. Meadow Lane PLEASE hire an exotics vet again!

This clinic is conveniently located on the street with plenty of parking space available. The nurses were very friendly and approachable, making it easy to communicate and address any concerns. While I found the consultation fee to be a bit on the expensive side, I was quite satisfied with the quality of the surgery. I dropped off my cat, Gino, in the morning, and he was ready to be picked up in the afternoon after the procedure. I also appreciated the follow-up call the next day to check on Gino’s condition—it showed genuine care for their patients. Overall, a good experience!

Have never had a negative experience with Vets4Pets, the staff have always been wonderful and always reassuring. They've helped take care of 2 hamsters, 2 guinea pigs and 1 dog over the last 6+ years, and the care for each one of them has been superb

The team here have been amazing for the past few years I’ve been using them for my dog. They always make an effort to work around my schedule and I’ve never been turned away on the day if I’ve arrived with what I believe to be an emergency. Reception staff are brilliant too and they also have a good selection of dog care inside too

I’m so pleased I took my new tortoise ‘Eric’ to the exotic specialist for a check over. I received so much useful information to help me get things right for my little guy who suffered a bit before I got him. 100% recommended.

As a family we’ve been using Chine House Vets for 46 years. They’re just fantastic in every way. They are more expensive than some but that’s what happens with supply and demand of a quality service. They’re supportive and will coach and mentor but also very honest when needed. They’ve looked after our dogs from puppies, multiple cats and our chickens. Would highly recommend for small animals I don’t have any experience with large animals.

Craig has been looking after my birds for over 5 years now. 2 weeks ago I had got an appointment for 2 of my chickens to have their regular implants but 1 of my other girls was unwell that day too. I took her with me & even though she wasn't booked in Craig took the time to see her for me. He also saved my turkeys life 3 years ago. I travel a long way to get to Chine House but it is worth it knowing that my birds are in such knowledgeable hands. Thank you Craig. We appreciate all that you do.

Poor Sam was on his way home on Saturday when we rang and he turned round just for us, and talked us through his findings and explanatory points to look out for. And gave us peace of mind that there there at any time should we need to go back. the reassurance is priceless x thank you x

First visit to Woodward vets with my new rabbit. Found it very easy to park, which is important to me as I'm disabled. Easy access to the premises and a lovely spacious bright reception, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Vet was very gentle with Albert the rabbit and explained everything to me

Today I had to do the worse thing many of us pet owners do and put my wonderful cat Buster to sleep. I want to say a huge Thankyou to the lovely vet Manali, she was so compassionate and caring, she gave me time with Buster and just made the whole horrible process bearable. Good care and treatment for my new kitten and he wasn't distressed getting his vaccinations. This vet service is only available on Monday and Tuesday by appointment only so for routine treatment you may have to wait a week or two. If you need a vet any other day you need to go to the main service in Beeston. This is the only vet in Shepshed Plenty of parking available.

Everyone was very friendly, and I felt my dog was treated well & looked after during her operation.

Not the most friendly vets I've been but as long as they are professional with my pup I'm OK. Bit disappointed they have stopped anuaul injections free after paying £100 when I joined. You pay £100 and the injections are free everytime they are due. Now I've got to start paying for them ,they told me it was never ending.
