I usually find it really stressful and difficult to have my haircut as I’m autistic (not that I told the salon), but this was a breeze. The hair stylist was amazing, took off my dead ends, didn’t rush or pull at my hair and she took the time to make sure it was neatly cut. At times my hair can be knotty but the stylist was so patient and gentle, she didnt make me feel like I was an inconvenience or that my hair was difficult. I will absolutely be going here from now on. It’s always difficult to find a new hair salon, so if you’re reading this - give this place a try!

Helen has done my hair for the last 8 years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Pampering, a listening ear and plenty of laughs too. I’m always left feeling happy and in love with my new hair!

Despite this being my first time they slotted me in with very little notice and I was greeted like an old friend by down to earth , froemdly and professional stylists. Kept informed as hair style progressed and happy to offer advice when asked. May have been first visit but won't be my last, thank you ladies. 😀

went to Sophie for my hair for the first time back in July, I was a brunette and wanted to go blonde! Sophie explained everything to me with great detail about the process and the achieved look we were going for, personally I thought I was going to come out like a really light brown, but in fact I was blonde!!! It was such a beautiful colour and my hair felt amazinggggg, we got to where I wanted without any damaging to my hair which was great! I wouldn’t go to anyone else now for my hair, she always makes me feel so comfortable and ease when I’m there and any questions I ask she always has the answers!! And she makes the BEST caramel lattes x

I had a curl by curl cut with Bea a few weeks ago and she did such an amazing job. Not only did my hair look amazing when I left, but Bea showed me how to manage my curls at home too. She’s made my curls come to life!!

Came with my daughter today for a curly cut. Bea was wonderful with her and did an amazing job of my daughter’s hair. Highly recommend.

Natasha and the team at hair magic are the only people I will trust with my hair. They’re always welcoming and professional. My hair always looks amazing when I walk out. No wonder everyone has to book months in advance as they’re in such high demand. They always do their best to ensure everyone walks out happy, I know I always do!

Could not recommend this place enough! I had neglected chrome coloured long hair. I had a free consult with the team to discuss what I wanted, they did some patch tests to make sure my hair could handle the transformation. They updated me quickly to tell me that the patch tests went really well. I was booked in for an entire day at the salon with Jordan as my stylist, but the whole team pulled together to get me transformed in time to return to work at 2pm! They even provided a pot of green dye to top up my colour at home 2 days before my wedding to make sure it was still as vibrant on the day! The whole team were absolutely lovely, providing drinks and snacks and great conversation when I wasn't busy working from my laptop 🤣 The colours lasted so much longer than I expected, I had the conditioning treatment and my hair never felt so soft and healthy.

I had a wonderful experience when I first time came here to do my haircut. Cherice was very professional and very friendly. She made me feel very welcome. She is very easy to talk to and very attentive regarding how I would like my hair done. Now I am back here today to do my color appointment and next haircut. Highly recommend the salon and the hairdresser to everyone. Easy to park my car too, love the coffee service :)

I am new to KH Loughborough. Went in for a restyle as I hadn’t been to the hairdressers in a lot of months. She listened to exactly what I wanted, helped guide me to what would be best based on what I’d asked and I walked out feeling much better about my hair. I am probably a hairdressers worst nightmare! I went in with almost black hair and really wanted a change. Although I didn't even know what exactly I wanted. Which isn't helpful I know. Lisa worked her butt off trying to lift the colour, and also stated she didn't want to jeopardise my hairs condition. I love my hair. And even lifting it a couple of shades, my hair is in mint condition and super shiny. Thank you very much. Appreciate it 🥰

Walked in, after an experience elsewhere that morning, feeling old walked out feeling a million dollars. For a dry cut, Lisa totally restyled and gave me a beautiful fresh full head of head. Love it. Great cut. Great service. Most definitely going back.

The owner so efficiently shaped my eyebrows without giving me any scratches, she took her time and served me until she herself was not satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely visit her again whenever I am in Loughborough.

Sareeta is a fantastic stylist, she really listens to what you want. She has done my hair numerous times and it always looks great and I feel great, she make me feel so special and that its all about me and not leaving me to do another client. 5 stars all the way.

Sareeta made my hair look as I wanted since ages. She gave me advices on how to maintain the hair healthy and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. I felt like I went to have a coffee with a very old friend and when we finished the coffee I had the hair and eyebrows done as well. I strongly recommend her. It does not matter how small or big the job you want is, she will give you the best options.

Sareeta has been my hairdresser for years, I only ever use her for my hair, make up, nails and threading. Her perfectionist mannerism means that I am ALWAYS happy with the work she has done. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Today was my first experience of having my hair cut, styled, coloured and highlighted in a salon in a very long time. I chose MG hair because of their terrific reviews and friendly manor on the phone. I was not disappointed, I felt like I was having a coffee morning with friends, Amy did my hair and I was so very happy with it (as was my husband!) she listened to what I wanted and gave good advice. I've been getting my hair cut here for ten years now! They are super friendly and always do a fantastic job with my hair. The salon is always clean, tidy and never over crowded. Amy is fab and always helps me figure out what works for my hair and how to get the style I'd like to achieve. I would absoloutley recommend them! :)

Mike has been my hairdresser for more than 20 years and I have recommended his services to numerous friends. There is such a warm and friendly atmosphere in their salon and I thoroughly recommend both Mike and Amy.

MG Hair is the loveliest place! Michael and Amy are incredibly skilled and professional, as well as friendly and interesting. Time passes fast when you're lost in a chat with them. I've had my hair cut with Michael only so far, where I've tried a completely new cut for me each time. He seems to understand easily what I want and goes the extra mile with the small details that make it a unique look for me. Please keep up the good work, you're both wonderful and I highly recommend! Fantastic from walking in for a consultation to having my hair cut and coloured today. Dani and Aaron made me feel special. Obviously the red is my wonderful after photo.

Aaron and Dani did my hair recently as maid of honour for my friends wedding and they were fab!! From start to finish they were chatty, funny and made us all feel completely comfortable letting them do our hair. Nothing was too much trouble and they stayed until we were good to go to make sure everything was perfect. The hair looked great until the evening. Would definitely recommend!

I booked Aaron and Dani to do my Wedding hair as the Bride, my 4 Bridesmaids and a Flower Girl and I was blown away with the results! Everyone’s hair looked great and lasted all day! We all had exactly what we wanted and Aaron and Dani were so much fun to get ready with and we’re genuinely invested in us all having the best day! They were so much fun to get ready with. The Wedding Hair Trial made me feel like a princess and my hair looked great for days! I am beyond happy with how we all looked on my special day and so happy to have used Hashtag Hair and Beauty! Had a massage from Charlotte and that woman has miracle hands. I like a hard pressure and it’s very hard to find a therapist that will go hard. She worked out all my knots and I felt like a new woman leaving the salon. She also gave me a spa pedicure and that was also very lovely. She has a friendly and personable manner and I look forward to coming again!

Dani at Kabuki is not only so lovely but I wouldn’t trust anyone with my hair like I do her! She is brilliant at mixing colours to be exactly what I imagined and to best suit me. She is honest with her advice and is always thinking of the healthiest way to achieve my hair goals. Would recommend her to anyone!

I was recommended from my daughter who has been visiting a number of years to see Joe at the Loughborough salon. My stylist was Chloe and she was adorable. Both made me feel so welcome and at ease as a new customer. Chloe explained everything she was doing as she went along and I enjoyed a pleasant conversation and at times a little giggle. My hair was completely transformed after a year of me attempting to cover Greys with box job colours. The colour tones from foil techniques revitalised my hair, complemented with a beautiful cut, taking off all my dry ends. Chloe advised what should be trimmed before hand showing me with the mirror. When I could see the damage at the back I agreed it had to be cut but the net result was my hair looking thicker and healthier. Chloe was aware that I was going to my sister's birthday party and made every effort to put a lovely curl throughout. I felt a million dollars. Thank you X

Joe is great at making you feel comfortable and listens to your ideas, but also tells you if he doesn’t think they will work. I am always happy with my hair and always leave with a smile on my face from the funny stories and conversations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I purchased the Royal Relax Neck, Back and shoulders massage course last year with Mirella. I always leave the appointment feeling refreshed and relaxed. I recommend having the hot stones add on with the massage as it really loosens the muscles on a deeper level. Mirella is a wonderful, kind and friendly, 100% recommend trying the Royal Relax Massage.

Staff were very friendly and I love my nails. I brought in a picture of what i was thinking and Viviana-elena did a brilliant job. Will definitely be booking in again.
