Fantastic salon; both Laura and Freya, are extremely talented hair stylists, (wether it's for a cut, or colour or even an updo for a special occasion) making you feel a million dollars every time you visit. They are both super friendly and give good advice (if needed) on best hair products, or hair problems etc.. Laura does my hair and I'm never disappointed. I also have a few beauty treatments with Freya, each month, which includes, eyelash tint, + eyebrow wax and tint. It truly is an amazing salon to go to, when you feel you want pampering.. I love my visits to this beautiful little salon, a wonderful relaxing experience every time.💖

Highly recommend Laura Beth, for the first time in years I’ve walked out of the salon feeling happy with the colour! She’s a very talented stylist who clearly knows her products and got me the perfect ash blonde I’ve been looking for! The salon is beautiful and both ladies are very friendly xx

I was a little nervous as it was the first time in years using a different hairdresser after the one I used in Sheffield closed. Freya and Laura were so welcoming. It’s a lovely atmosphere in the salon. Freya did an amazing job at my restyle. She was gentle kind and constantly checking in as she was going. Thank you ladies.

I'd highly recommend Laura-Beth as hairdresser, She made me feel so welcome when I first walked in as I'm not from around here so felt a bit anxious at first but once we started chatting I felt at ease. I've not had my hair cut for while so going there was breath of fresh air as laura cut my hair really nicely and made my hair feel fresh and tidy again.

I would just like to say being able to have everything done under one roof is a blessing from the hairdressers to the beauticians. This place is a five star all rounder you can have waxing, massage, lashes, makeup ,nails, eyebrows, hair and much more to offer all all under one roof. I had my colour done with Leah Which turned out amazing thank you very much. I will be back as usual!! The salon is beautiful and clean and all staff very friendly! I also had an eyebrow wax and tint and for someone very fussy I was very pleased with the result! Thank you very much 😊

I came to the salon just last week and had the most amazing experience with a stylist called Amy she restyled my hair to look like the picture that I showed her. I’m very happy with the service and the staff are brilliant. Also they do everything you could possibly imagine at amazing prices. I would recommend this place highly.

Fantastic service from Milly during my Luxury Manicure, beautiful results and an enjoyable experience. Epernay is a really nice salon, and one of the perks I found was that they were running on time! I appreciate things don’t always run like clockwork but I do find it irritating when many salons run over and you find you’re sat waiting for your appointment. Fortunately, this wasn’t the case with Epernay, I began my treatment on time and it didn’t feel rushed. Thanks Milly, you’re a great asset to the Epernay Team!

Annette is the only person who has given me confidence within myself again, she provides fantastic clean facilities and I know I am always in safe hands with her due to her incredible knowledge. She helps every client uniquely and comes up with the best treatment and solution to suit their needs and regain their confidence! Annette always explains the procedures and gives her advice as to what she thinks will work best for you and why. She has given me a better understanding of my skin and introduced me to products that have worked wonders for my skin, including a home care routine. I have had tablets and creams from the doctors and nothing has worked as well as the treatments and products that Annette uses and advises for me. I simply cannot thank her enough for the confidence she has given me and for providing such a welcoming environment with her bubbly and optimistic personality making everyone feel comfortable with her at WSkin. I have visited w skin on a number of occasions and the staff are extremely welcoming. Annette is confident, knowledgeable and professional and I trust her implicitly with my skincare regime. I am really happy with the treatments ( fillers and skin boosters) that I have had and have recommended friends and family I will definitely be back on a regular basis to ensure that my skin is living it’s best life!

I was recommended to go and visit Annette Matthews by a friend whose skin always looks amazing - I was not disappointed! A warm welcome with a proper cup of coffee from Annette, then an in-depth consultation followed, all explained clearly and concisely. My treatment (Sunekos skin booster) was easy, comfortable and pain free - then she showed me my reflection - wow!! Absolutely wonderful results- skin smoothed and plumped visibly! Weeks later it still looks great. Very highly recommended clinic and Annette is wonderful.

I completed the skincare business toolkit course with Annette in the Summer. From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for a better course or a better trainer! The information was clear and easy to learn. The practical day was fun, hands-on and very well lead. Annette was super supportive throughout the course and was always there to answer any questions and relieve any fears. After taking the leap I have now started my own skincare business and I couldn't have done it without Skin Smiles Success - thanks so much!

I had a lovely appointment with Annette she put me at ease with her knowledge about her products and with what I could expect. I had skin boosters which you could see the results straight away. I normally bruise very easily, but I can honestly say I had no bruising and was very pleased with the results. I have booked for further treatments and will look forward to them. I would highly recommend Annette.

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough! I’ve always been self conscious about beauty treatment and I’ve never been made to feel more comfortable and relaxed, having first time classic lashes and then brown lamination on my second lash infill session! Wow! (I grew up in the shave your brows and draw them back on era) I am absolutely over the moon with this treatment! Charlotte is an absolute pro! She’s also a beautiful person with a beautiful personality! Katie is so lovely and welcoming, as are all the staff I’ve met so far! Thank you so much Charlotte you’ve given me soo much confidence in only 2 visits! Very talented to say the least! (you have a new client forever!) xxxx

I literally LOVE my visits to Katie Jane Beauty Therapy and I am not a huge lover of salons! Katie has the most beautiful salon and more importantly the best customer service. The whole environment has been created to make you feel calm and relaxed, which it does. The team are all extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating with big smiles all round! The services are always of a really high standard and very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend Katie.

It’s always a calm and relaxing atmosphere at Katie’s salon. Appointments are always on time and you’re made to feel so welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble! I changed to this salon last year and have been thrilled with both my haircuts and the hot stone massages, which I am missing. Even though it has now been 4 months since my last haircut - I usually have it done every 6 weeks - and it is longer, the shape and style is still there. Fantastic!

It was my time at Effleurage for a very Dover due cut and blow dry. It’s a lovely place. Online booking was very easy. Natasha was really nice and welcoming. I had a cut and blow dry, she was amazing at blow drying. I will definitely be returning.

I came here desperately seeking help following a hair disaster at home after being coloured elsewhere. Sarah was lovely and pointed me in the direction of Natasha as she was fully booked. Natasha managed to get me in the same day for colour correction and I can honestly say I have not liked my hair this much in a very very long time. She was very precessional and attentive making sure I was comfortable, happy and had a drink throughout. The whole process took around 5 hours however I could not be happier. Thank you so much Natasha, you are brilliant! Look forward to booking again with you in the future for all my hair needs! x

I had Jess do my hair and I absolutely loved it! She's so professional, so friendly and welcoming I can't wait to go back. I had a balayage for the first time, I wanted something more natural and lived in. Jess had a really thorough consultation with me and explained all the ins and outs which was so refreshing! I was so excited when I heard Alma was opening in Matlock, I had to book in as soon as it did! The booking process was so easy, all done online & confirmation given at the end. Upon visiting Alma, I was seated at the plush sofas and given a form to fill in. Once I'd done this, I was seated at one of the nail counters. I had my nails done with bio gel by Louise. She was so lovely, really friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable. I opted for gold nails (a bit of sparkle for Christmas) and the treatment was lovely! I also had biogel toes so Louise asked me to take a seat by one of the foot spa basins. This was also lovely and I opted for navy blue which looked lush! I was also offered a drink which came with a gingerbread cookie. The salon itself is absolutely stunning - light and airy and very spa like! It's modern and classy and it's been renovated to an incredibly high standard! Prices at Alba are also super competitive! I'll definitely be visiting again and might have to book a massage soon! Thanks so much for such a lovely first visit to Alba, I'll be raving about you to all my friends and family! x

Had my and my bridesmaids wedding hair done here. Great service Leonie did my hair and it was absolutely perfect and stayed perfect all day. All the staff here were super friendly made our wedding morning super easy. Leading up to the wedding leonie rang to double check everything which was fantastic piece of mind for a bride. Really reasonably priced too.
