By far the best hairdressers I've been to! Everyone was so friendly and Zoe put so much care and effort into doing my hair! Highly recommend and can't wait to get my hair done here again 🤩

I’ve had my hair done with the lovely Zenita twice now, and I would never go anywhere else, She’s so talented! The salon is an amazing atmosphere, I always feel so welcomed and relaxed. Zenita listens to what I want to achieve with my hair and always does a better job than I could ever imagine ! I’d highly recommend true to zen, they’re a truly talented, gorgeous bunch !

I had my hair cut today by Ellaina. Not to be dramatic but it’s the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I always leave salons feeling not 100% about my hair and end up chopping bits at home but here I’ve just had the best experience. She listened to everything I told her, and was very patient with me because I struggle socially (being autistic). She asked me multiple times if I was happy and I’m so glad she did because I will always say yes at first regardless, with her asking multiple times it gave me the opportunity to not try to people please haha. She gave me so much of her time and I am so grateful. Priced very reasonably as well. I’ve never found a ‘permanent’ hair salon because as I said before I always am not 100% sure about my hair but I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so so much :))

I can't remember the name of the lady who cut my hair on Friday, but she was so lovely 😊 my hair looks and feels amazing! She had dark hair, tied back in a bun. Thank youuuuuu x

I went for the first time, she was absolutely amazing, price was very reasonable, and the lady couldn't be more helpful if she tried, and it was best hairstyle I'd ever had will definitely go again

Rlly nice!!! Super friendly, and really nice prices. A comfy studio, and the salon helpers even offered me a cup of tea! Comfortable environment, and most importantly , my hair looks great!

What a fabulous and friendly hair and beauty salon. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff; talented, kind and helpful. The salon owner, Helen, makes me feel a million dollars with her superb colour, cutting and blow drying techniques. She's superskilled and super lovely. Highly recommend!

Brill hairdressers the staff are all fantastic and truly listen to their customers I have been to a few hairdressers before who will choose an easier or quicker option but the look will really choose the best option for you . Can't wait for them to do my wedding hair next year!

Cannot rate Sammy more. A complete professional. I gave her a real challenge and she took it and addressed it with honesty. The results were beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend Sammy enough! I absolutely hate getting my hair cut, but she made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She listened to everything I wanted, took such great care of me, and delivered exactly what I asked for. I’ve always done my own hair at home, so when my friend suggested I come get my hair done here I was sceptical. HOWEVER, it was such a lovely an amazing experience! The salon has such a nice vibes and the staff are so lovely! I love being there, it’s such a warm atmosphere! Every time I’ve gone I’ve been more than happy with my nails, eyebrows, eyelashes, haircut and hair colour!! And having my hair washed there feels so good I could sit there all day and just have my scalp scrubbed it’s heaven! Oh and the coffees are so good!! I highly suggest it here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Emma was fantastic from beginning to end. I had my trial about 6 weeks before my wedding and thought I knew what I wanted, but actually changed my mind. She was patient and understanding, and really listened to what I wanted. On the day, she came to the venue and made me, my bridesmaid and my mum look fabulous. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone for their big day!

Emma was brilliant. I booked her for my wedding aug '24. I am very much not a hair or make up type person, but Emma was very good at helping me with information on how to prep my skin and hair to make sure it looked the best. Emma did an amazing job for my bridal hair and makeup recently. She very kindly fitted me in at short notice for a trial and listened to just what I wanted. My hair and makeup lasted all day and I was really happy with it. She also has lots of great makeup/skincare advice which has been super useful. Thanks Emma!

The receptionist was lovely and managed to squeeze me in at short notice. Jake was my stylist and again was very lovely and did a great job at correcting my botched hair cut I turned up with. Highly recommend!

Brilliant salon, Gee is amazing! I have short hair and struggled to find somewhere that would give me a modern cut. Gee gave me a brilliant cut, I also had full foils and a toner too, I love my new hair!! Great friendly and welcoming place with the best stylists. I can't recommend enough!!

Gem is just the best. I have just had had luxury derma-planing followed by a back neck and shoulder massage. She is just so professional, makes you feel so relaxed and is just so good at all her treatments. I Would definitely recommend her, came out feeling really pampered and relaxed. You will struggle to find a lash tech who is as professional as Gemma! Availability is great and if there are any issues then they’re dealt with easily. The whole salon has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is approachable and you’ll leave feeling fabulous. Highly recommend!

I would recommend images to anyone, my self confidence has flooded back after such a disaster from a different hairdresser, the young girl that did my hair was kind, and professional throughout, asking and seeking advice from her work colleagues, again who spent the time to ensure my hair was done as I wished, can not thank them enough my hair is a massive part of my confidence which is now back on top form, even the young girl on work placement helped during the process when asked and again really nice and polite, great place , highly recommend

My 10 year old autistic daughter had her first ever haircut with you. She was very nervous but Kirsty, despite being very busy was absolutely brilliant with her. She didn't pressure her into talking, kept physical contact and disturbance to a minimum. I popped in on the off chance they would have a blow dry for my lunch hour and they did. Zoe was so friendly and did my hair so lovely. I’m not sure who shampood my hair but that was very relaxing too! Only negative was Zoe needs to be more confident in her blow dry ability it was brilliant!
