I had a cupping treatment today. I have never had this done before and was a little anxious however the treatment wasn’t painful and the results are amazing. I feel like I have had a deep tissue massage and afterwards I felt like I had more energy than usual and no pains in my back. I will be booking in again for this treatment and would recommend. Louisa as always is highly professional and explained the whole process to me so I was relaxed and enjoyed the treatment. Thank you

Had an amazing afternoon at the spa. It was lovely for us to be able to relax in the private area without having to share the facilities with other customers. The lunch boxes were delicious and we were able to enjoy them whilst sat on a comfy massage chair! I have been to lots of different spas and I have never seen one so clean - there wasn't an ounce of dirt anywhere. Can't wait to come again.

Great experience at KH hair today. I have not had highlights for many years and my hair was feeling a little dull. I popped into KH Hair and received a very friendly greeting, so booked in for the following week. Kirsty did a fantastic job, chatted through with me before hand to ensure she got the finish/tone I was looking for, and even accommodated my cheeky request to use my own products to wash/condition afterwards. Visited Steph’s yesterday for a cut and again today for hi-lights. Would like to thank Shan for a lovely cut and reshape and Imogen for gorgeous hi-lights. They are both lovely girls and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Imogen was particularly helpful in trying to get me a nail appointment for when I was free but none were available this side of Christmas. I would highly recommend this salon - best in Swad!

Liv is very friendly and she listens to how I want my hair. After she has cut it, she always asks me to check. If I’m not 100% happy I feel comfortable that I can ask her to do a bit more eg cut it a bit shorter.

I visited 25/11/24 for a manicure, it was my first time visiting the salon and I was greeted and serviced by Mani. Mani was lovely, welcoming and very patient with me, as I was a bit indecisive! She did a beautiful job and has a great eye, she picked out the perfect nude colour for my skin tone, right off the bat and came up with a beautiful nail art design. I will definitely be returning

Had my and my bridesmaids wedding hair done here. Great service Leonie did my hair and it was absolutely perfect and stayed perfect all day. All the staff here were super friendly made our wedding morning super easy. Leading up to the wedding leonie rang to double check everything which was fantastic piece of mind for a bride. I popped in on the off chance they would have a blow dry for my lunch hour and they did. Zoe was so friendly and did my hair so lovely. I’m not sure who shampood my hair but that was very relaxing too! Only negative was Zoe needs to be more confident in her blow dry ability it was brilliant!

Have been going to Nilima for over 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any beauty treatments. I get my eyebrows shaped and tinted, eyelashes tinted and a lash lift. I've had massages, and I have all my waxing done there too. Nilima is professional, knowledgeable and fantastic at what she does. Her attention to detail is second to none. Both salons are lovely and I always feel comfortable and relaxed. Nilima is hands down the best in the whole Birmingham area. 5* experiences guaranteed. Highly recommend.

I’m a little picky and not easily impressed when it comes to my eyebrows but Sukhi was amazing doing my eyebrows, she asked all the right questions about whether I wanted to maintain the shape I had and understood perfectly what ‘just cleaning’ meant. Didn’t need to micromanage or anything but did everything so well and tried to get every stray hair. The staff are also really friendly and genuinely kind. 5 stars and will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer 🌟
