Great salon atmosphere from the minute you walk in your greated with friendly smiles! Selection of both cold & hot drinks always offered and biscuits! I have my hair done with the lovely Shannon and love it everytime! There is currently three stylist, two nails tech who specialise in BIAB and a beautician who is fully trained in lashes, brows, facials and massages! One of the nail techs Harriet is also a talented make up artist! Booking a appointment here is a must!

Lilly did a highlight root blend for my daughter and the prom hair a week later, Rachel did her makeup for prom too. She looked amazing on the day, thank you ladies.

I had BIAB with a French finish done by Parita and Dhaval at this salon, and I can’t thank this lovely couple enough for their professionalism and excellent service. I booked in for a last minute appointment with Cheri and went for a cat eye BIAB. Cheri was lovely and attentive, and did an amazing job! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with everything including shape, length and colour. I’ll definitely be back.

Mel is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to! My hair is super long, thick and curly, no one has ever been able to colour/style my hair just how I want it but she gets it perfect every single time, the colour always lasts really well. Mel is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been too. She’s so lovely and set me at ease by explaining every part of the colour process. She knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen, and it looked even better than I imagined. I saw Mel two months ago and my colour still looks incredible. No regrowth lines and my hairs in great condition. Would never go to anyone else now.

A great health and beauty business which has a very luxurious but friendly fee to it. You’re relaxed as soon as you step inside. Natalie is amazing at what she does for or waxing needs too and I’ve enjoyed going to my appointments since I came over from another salon.

Went for first time today for a life saving back massage, best I've ever had,so relaxing and really effective at relieving muscle tension. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely return !

I adore this place from the moment I book an appointment. From the moment you walk in the door the aroma of relaxation is just there, you are taken to a quiet room and most recently I was given a lavender neck warmer which felt incredible and soothing. I was taken upstairs for my massage which always makes me relaxed and the staff are always incredible at making you feel at ease and comfortable. I also had booked in. Pedicure as I was due to go on holiday so that was done after and again I cannot fault the place.

Really happy with my wolf cut by Sam! Fantastic service as always in a friendly, welcoming salon. Highly recommended if you want a hairdresser you can trust and feel comfortable with, especially when trying out a new hairstyle! 😁

I went in for a consultation as I hated my previous haircut and after speaking with Sam who had some great suggestions for what I could do, I was confident she could make me like my hair again! I often feel nervous going to get my hair cut but the staff at Ursulas were friendly and chatty which put me at ease. I was also able to book last minute for a Saturday, only ringing the day before. First time in a long time a stylist has listened to my simple request and done a perfect job! And also for an amazing price! Will definitely return

Had my hair done by Izzy and had an absolutely wonderful experience at this salon. I’m disabled so I struggle with certain things but everyone here was more than happy to accommodate and even prompted me when I was too shy to ask for something. My hair came out absolutely beautiful but did fade rather fast, I contacted Izzy and she was more than happy to sort out my hair, she did this free of charge and now I have the hair of my dreams and I feel so much more confident.
