A great health and beauty business which has a very luxurious but friendly fee to it. You’re relaxed as soon as you step inside. Natalie is amazing at what she does for or waxing needs too and I’ve enjoyed going to my appointments since I came over from another salon.

Been today for a pedicure and manicure. Absolutely brilliant. The staff are excellent and it's a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Loved the smell when you walked in and bought one of there diffusers too. Feel like I've been truly pampered. Thank you

I adore this place from the moment I book an appointment. From the moment you walk in the door the aroma of relaxation is just there, you are taken to a quiet room and most recently I was given a lavender neck warmer which felt incredible and soothing. I was taken upstairs for my massage which always makes me relaxed and the staff are always incredible at making you feel at ease and comfortable. I also had booked in. Pedicure as I was due to go on holiday so that was done after and again I cannot fault the place.

I’ve just had the best hot stone massage and mini facial from Emily, booked by my husband as a surprise. What a lovely, relaxing experience and the gift at the end was a real bonus. Will certainly be going back.

The prefect place to go to relax. So elegantly decorated inside, the tanning rooms, are exceptional. Really makes you feel you are on holiday. A must to try out. My little retreat 💙💛 Staff truly amazing xxx

Cannot recommend this place enough! The shop is clean and well run, with such a friendly atmosphere. I've had my nails done by Tayma, Chloe and Abi - all of them are fab, but I have to give a massive shout out to Abi, whose BIAB gels always last me at least 4 weeks without chipping or lifting! Her nail art is incredible too! Claire on the front desk is such a pleasure to deal with when booking and in the salon. I always look forward to my appointments with these lovely ladies - great service from genuinely lovely people.

Chloe and Abi are so talented at what they do, they’re also more than happy to have a little chat whilst they work their nail magic! Abi’s attention to detail is amazing!!! I went in for a consultation as I hated my previous haircut and after speaking with Sam who had some great suggestions for what I could do, I was confident she could make me like my hair again! Staff are so lovely. Welcoming, warm and friendly. The salon is hygienically and spotlessly clean. All staff wear masks and gloves. I have been going to this little fabulous salon for approximately a year. Never been disappointed and always very impressed, happy and feel good. Had quite a few treatments, nails, facials and waxing. Everything is explained in great detail about the treatment that's being provided, before, during and the aftercare. Very reassuring and you feel at ease. I love the rooms downstairs. Its a haven of tranquility, with heated treatment beds, fleece blankets, soothing relaxing music and ambient lighting. Just wanted to add to my review, the online shop is a fantastic new addition to The Little Retreat. Just used one of the hand masks, love how when you take it off, it reveals a hand cream has formed, for you to rub in. It's left my hands feeling really nourished & soft, a lovely treat after a hard week! Can't wait for them to re open! I have being going to The Retreat for a number of years now and have always been really happy with the service Tarnia & Cara are very professional in their work & are very friendly people. Tarnia has been fantastic during lockdown posting daily beauty advice & tips on Facebook she has also been selling for a small fee & delivering nail removal kits. I would definitely recommend The Little Retreat to anyone who is looking for beauty treatments & can highly recommend manicures & pedicures.

Had my hair done by Izzy and had an absolutely wonderful experience at this salon. I’m disabled so I struggle with certain things but everyone here was more than happy to accommodate and even prompted me when I was too shy to ask for something. My hair came out absolutely beautiful but did fade rather fast, I contacted Izzy and she was more than happy to sort out my hair, she did this free of charge and now I have the hair of my dreams and I feel so much more confident. Went for my hair done yesterday and was amazed at how comfortable I felt. All staff were lovely, professional and friendly. Despite their being some commotion where another customer verbally abused staff for their appointment running slightly behind, staff dealt with this 100% professionally. I am over the moon with my new hair, and will definitely return!
