Today was my second visit to the salon. After the patch test. Booked in for highlights Amy today the new stylist chose my colour a lovely ice blonde colour after I explained what I was looking for,Amy made the best choice and so accurate to what I was looking for. What stood out about this salon was the warm welcome as soon as you walk in the door and friendly faces. All the stylist are passionate about there customers and highly experienced. Excellent team work.Lovely atmosphere . I love my hair colour Amy did for me today. This will be my regular salon to have my hair treatment from now on. Everyone is lovely and friendly. I want to say a big thank you to Salon 115. I asked at short notice if I could have a cut and blowdry. The Salon gave me an appointment within 2 days, accommodating me on there already busy work schedule. Staff were really friendly, and I was given discussion about products, as I have a skin allergy. Thank you, always be as you are, giving your client exceptional service.

My 10 year old autistic daughter had her first ever haircut with you. She was very nervous but Kirsty, despite being very busy was absolutely brilliant with her. She didn't pressure her into talking, kept physical contact and disturbance to a minimum. She was absolutely thrilled with her new style and all her anxiety about having someone cut her hair has vanished. Thank you so much ❤️

I would recommend images to anyone, my self confidence has flooded back after such a disaster from a different hairdresser, the young girl that did my hair was kind, and professional throughout, asking and seeking advice from her work colleagues, again who spent the time to ensure my hair was done as I wished, can not thank them enough my hair is a massive part of my confidence which is now back on top form, even the young girl on work placement helped during the process when asked and again really nice and polite, great place , highly recommend

Lily is so talented she always listens to what you want goes through inspo pics then tells you what’s realistic and what we can do. Her advice is always great my colour is 10/10. It helps that she is the loveliest human being too!

I’ve been going to embellish for a couple of years and love the place. The staff are so friendly. My stylist Sarah is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is attentive and caring. She listens to how you want and like your hair. She offers good advice about your hair. She is absolutely brilliant. I always love my hair and get exactly what we have discussed and decided on. What a very talented hairdresser she is. I would recommend her to everyone. I’ve sent friends to her and they all feel just like I do. The salon has been newly refurbished and looks absolutely beautiful. All the staff are friendly and attentive. I am offered a drink several times during my visit and Sarah always tells the person making it how I like it so I get a perfect cup of coffee. These little things are important. I always get a wonderful head massage off Sarah as part of my hair wash because she knows how much I love it. If I only want a very slight trim then that is what I get. No taking up to an inch off like other stylists have in the past. Sarah always listens to what is important to me and wants very much to make sure I’m happy with what she has done. Her customers are important to her and she wants them to leave the salon feeling amazing. She takes pride in what she does and always gives her very best to make sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend embellish and definitely recommend Sarah to everyone. A very talented knowledgeable and experienced stylist indeed. I have put some photos on of how beautiful Sarah has made my hair look over the years with different cuts and colours.

I’ve been having my hair done with Dan for years and my hair has never looked better. I tried many other salons in the past and was never fully satisfied with the results. Embellish has such a nice atmosphere and always provides a top quality service. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would never go anywhere else.

I hadn't had my hair cut in years (5+ years ago) so I was skeptical about booking in. However, I have just come out of my appointment and I absolutely love my new hair style! I showed Hayley pictures of the style I was going for and she's done exactly that. My hair looks so healthy and bouncy now. I was unsure how much to cut off my fringe so she said if I want anymore off just to message her and she'd be happy to go over it again, which is so kind! It was also at a really good price for what I got. Really happy with my hair and I will be coming back in the future!

I was lucky enough to be a model for trial of a new product a few weeks back. Due to the lovely salon and people there I decided to return instead of reaching for the box dye. Hayley, coloured, washed, cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted. Although Hayley was busy with other clients at the same time her time management was perfect. No complaints here. After having a really bad experience at another hair dressers which left me dreading having my hair done else where. I went to Hayley who listened to what had happened to me. We talked through what she was going to do which settled my nerves and she gave me the most beautiful cut and colour I have ever had. 10 years on I still go to Hayley every 6 weeks as I will not let anyone else touch my hair. Fabulous person with excellent skills.
