Jason would literally go out of his way to help you however small the thing is you're asking help with. He's extremely punctual, tidy and so cost effective. He's done small things as well as painted the outside of my house beautifully. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jason arrived on time and did the jobs he quoted for and an extra one he found . The jobs has been completed punctually and he's a tidy worker and has left everything clean when he's finished . Jason has undertaken work for us since 2013 and is fantastic. We have a holiday rental property and don't live locally and Jason is always on hand for jobs both big and small. He will pop round to help a guest with an issue or to check something out for me as well as undertake decorating and maintenance when we are quiet. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we are always amazed when the invoice arrives. I wish we had a Jason where we live. Naomi

Had a couple of problems, firstly the leg on my bridge table was broken and I also needed a bracket placing in my under stairs cupboard to hold my vacuum cleaner. I called Jason on the Tuesday and he came round early Wednesday morning and did a perfect job on both items. Both done in double quick time. Brilliant.

I contacted Steve regarding repairs that needed doing on the outside of my property, i was promptly contacted and told what was required and given a quote. Steve came and did all my repairs to a very high standard and even replaced a leaky outside tap. All in very challenging weather! The wind was howling but he got the job done and left my garden clean and tidy. Thanks very much!

My kitchen floor boards needed replacing and new kitchen units were also needed: Some areas of the floor, adjacent to the kitchen, were becoming dangerous. I needed someone with the ability to recover my floor boards and immediately contacted Property Repair Services. Steve came to take a look at the job and made immediate recommendations. I liked his suggestion of P5 boards, which he showed me while we visited a well-known DIY store. His advise was taken and I was not disappointed. He found great solutions for recovering and repairing a couple of joists, before laying the floor, and treated all of the kitchen floor joists with a chemical solution, protecting them from dry rot, wet rot, woodworm, etc. Then he built-in new kitchen units, which look superb. The workmanship is first class with a smooth professional finish. It’s good to know that companies like PRS exist. I definitely recommend Steve and the team for interior property repairs. Also, in the future, if I have any exterior work I will not hesitate to contact them.

Steve offered a brilliant service from the moment I left a voicemail and did the work within 3 days! Steve did a fabulous job repairing the hot tub roof for us having lost part of it in the bad storms. I would highly recommend Steve and will definitely use his services in the future.

Steve did an amazing job for me again. He rebuilt my back outhouse wall, fitted 2 window sills and did a number of other jobs. He also offered professional advice on the best way to market my house. A very efficient, helpful and hard working person who put a three panelled trellis fence up for us and a wonderful wooden washing line because ours had broken. He sourced the materials and informed us of the options giving prices so we could select what we wanted before he came. He brought the materials with him and the work was so good that several of my friends have now asked for his contact details. He is good at tiling too as replaced a large cracked one of mine in the bathroom and it looks great. Very good value for money and no job is too small for him

Jon has carried out many jobs for me to a very high standard over the last 8 or 9 years - the biggest and most recent one being to completely paint and decorate my ground floor maisonette. He is very trustworthy and professional and so I had no hesitation in going out to work whilst he got on with it. He is also very clean and tidy, positive and cheerful, has a good work ethic and offers valuable advice based on many years of experience. I have recommended him to several friends and neighbours and they all feel the same. No job is too big or too small for him.

They say a picture paints a thousand words... these photos say it all! As you can see, we were in desperate need of a Fence and my before & after photos show the amazing transformation. All completed at a fair price. Furthermore, the guys were always prompt, polite & very professional. Have used Oak’s handyman services a number of times, due to his quality of workmanship, reliability and his can do attitude to whatever job he does. Lee has just finished refurbishing our down stairs toilet and utility area, painting and decorating the area as well as installing a new vanity unit and toilet system. Lee did this work whilst we were away, having given him access to our home, and when we returned we were really pleased with completed refurbishment. I would highly recommend Lee if you are looking for a reasonably priced, reliable handyman.

We can 100% recommend Michael! The first job he did for us was to re-seal our shower unit.
