Matt and Archie were here last week installing an air conditioning unit. They were both very polite and worked continuously to make sure the work was completed in one day. I am delighted with my new air con. unit and how well it was installed. Both the young men explained how to operate the unit and set up the app on my phone so I can operate the unit when not at home. They were both very kind to go through the control and operating handset making sure I understood how to operate the new air con. unit. They left the utility room clean and tidy. I would recommend AquaHeat as a company for both heating and air conditioning as I have a service contract with them for my gas boiler. They are a very friendly and reliable company.

I would like to firstly thank Lee for his prompt response to my original enquiry and sending out our quote without delay and thank you to the admin team for their calls to confirm booking. Once my husband and I accepted the quote the next steps moved along really quickly. We had the pleasure of meeting both Ryan and Kai who arrived as planned, they prepped my home with floor coverings to protect my flooring, they were diligent in cleaning up as they went along and again each evening ensuring our home was left as they found it. They both worked incredibly hard, and in extreme heat and completed on time. Thank you all so much x We would fully recommend Aquaheat and their wonderful team. My experience with Aquaheat was nothing but positive. All of the staff were professional, polite and courteous inside my home. Ryan and Ki came last week and over two days fitted a new Worcester Bosch 35 Life boiler. They were very respectful of our property, cleared their mess up as they went. Explained the features and answered all our questions. The boiler has been working perfectly and is very quiet. Radiators are nice and hot. It is so nice to be ready for winter. We have given them 5 stars but would have given them 10 out of 10 for a very good experience. I can recommend Aquaheat New Romney, its been a pleasure dealing with them.

Chris came to replace our broken tap very quickly. Went out of his way to make two trips to the buy pieces that were needed and I hadn’t bought. The job took a longer due to the plumbing being very old he didn’t rush it and did a great job. Very professional and so helpful. He even did a little job that he noticed needed doing. We recently had two air con units installed by Russ and Lacey who did a great job. From the initial consultation with Nathan to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They took great care to ensure that the installation was done correctly and cleanly, without causing any disruption. Excellent service from helpful and friendly plumbers. Kelvin came to check the pressure on the boiler as the upstairs radiators weren’t heating up as they should. He identified that there was a leak on the heating system and called for additional help as the leak was in a very inaccessible place in the roof space. Two other plumbers, Lee and Aaron arrived swiftly within the hour to join Kelvin. They fixed the leak and spent time and care checking that there were no additional issues.

We had 2 A/C units fitted. From quote to completion took 10 days (3 days install), and was completed in a professional and courteous manner by Nathan, Russ, Lacey and Craig. Everything was done by the team, even furniture removal. Costs were competitive with 2 reputable systems fitted. All in all we are very happy with the finished product and would have no hesitation in using and recommending East Goscote Plumbing/Electrics again.

What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! Highly recommended, no photos as our work is as neat & tidy as those previously posted. Thank you Quadrant.

So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one.
