Had Macaulay and his team in for a bathroom refurbishment earlier this year, knocking down a wall in the process to optimise the space for a walk in shower. From start to finish Macaulay and his apprentice took extra care into the project to ensure it was to the highest standard. From getting the carpets sealed from dust, to taking care in the finer details. His communication with other trades was to schedule and the whole project ran smoothly. After a few months I got Macaulay back for a boiler swap. Again, talking me through the process and showing me what boiler would suit my property best. Great job, will put his name forward to all friends and family.

Tom and Jack swapped me a basin and pedestal, and replaced a quadrant shower screen, done at short notice, arrived started straight away, hardly knew they were there, did a first rate job, cleaned everything away when they had finished, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Mick B.

Just had toilet and bathroom knocked into one to fit shower room. Macaulay and his boys did a fantastic job. They were all knowledgeable, polite, punctual and did a perfect job. They cleaned up at the end of each day and the skip was removed in less than 24 hours of them leaving. Can't praise or recommend Hizzard Plumbing enough. Thanks Macaulay & lads

Extremely happy with the work carried out by Hizzard Plumbing and Heating for installation of a new bathroom. Macaulay is very knowledgable and gave really helpful advice and suggestions when planning the bathroom. He was organised and kept me updated on progress throughout, communicating well with other trades to ensure everything was completed on time. All of the team were very hardworking, friendly and reliable and were considerate of my home, cleaning up after each day. I’m really pleased with the final result and appreciate all of their hard work, highly recommend them.

When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Spoke to the company at 10am explaining my boiler issue. they sent an engineer out (Joe) who was brilliant and explained what was needed. He replaced the PCB and we was back up and running by 1pm. Fast and efficient service! Highly recommend!

Excellent! Paul the plumber carried out the removal of our broken bathroom pedestal sink basin and replaced it with a new one. He was clearly highly experienced & completed the job quickly, efficiently, very neatly and also removed any debris & mess leaving the bathroom very clean and tidy. Paul was very polite, considerate, friendly and worked solidly without wasting any time.
The quote for the work was very competitive.

Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

What an amazing company! They fitted my new bathroom suit in 7 days from getting the qoute. Finished in 7 days! I still don't know how they managed it as it wasn't straight forward and threw several curve balls at them. Carnt recommend them highly enough. Beautiful job thank you so much.

I have used DPC on a number of occasions and always found the service and price to be great. The first time was to fit a new boiler and install a new larger radiator. All the work was done on time, as arranged and no mess at all. The second visit was to fix a heating system leak, service the boiler and to fit new thermostatic valves. Again all done efficiently and quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend DPC to anyone.

Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. Lewis regularly checked in on the project throughout. Thank you so much we’re thrilled with the job and will be using Lewis’s firm again for work in the future. Thank you Kate & Andrew

I gave First Point a call and left an answerphone message and within 15 minutes, I had a call back and an appointment organised. Lewis came around on the Wednesday. I got a quote that night with a couple of options, arranged for them to come on the next Monday, paid for the top of the range boiler on Friday and the lads arrived on the Monday and removed the 20+ year old boiler and moved the new boiler to it's new home under the staircase, freeing up vital room in the bathroom for a shower, once the previous work has been completed. It was mostly done in a day, with the only problem being our house is so old, that there was 4ft thick walls to drill through, which took a lot longer than they expected. I would happily recommend First Point Plumbing to anyone, as the service has been exemplary.
