Excellent service. New boiler fitted. Rich and Charlie did a great job. Work carried out to a great standard. Also left our house very clean and tidy!

Richard replied very promptly to my text requesting an urgent visit the same morning and arrived at the time he had told me. Fixed my toilet quickly, within an hour, replacing all parts to ensure there were no further issues. The reason for 4 stars is just that he did not provide me with a quote prior to starting the work. In this instance I could not have done anything else as the repair needed to be done ASAP, but it was more than I was expecting, although still reasonable for an emergency call-out after a little research. Would recommend.

Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

Great service from Castle Plumbing. We had a big leak in our bathroom with water everywhere and Castle Plumbing came out first thing and installed two new hoses for us. This is the second time we have used Castle Plumbing and both times, at short notice, Dan has delivered a great service.

I'm very impressed with the rapid reaction to a water leak on our mains stop tap. The problem was soon found and resolved with no fuss and a friendly service throughout. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

Matt fitted our heating/hot water boiler. Our boiler is in the loft, he covered the floor & stairs with mats to the loft. A very clean & tidy installation. Had Halo heating control which he helped me set up, (you can turn the heating on when not at home from your phone). Professional installation would definitely recommend.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

This is the first time I have used PPS ant they were thoroughly polite and efficient. Arrived on time, in fact early and were helpful and professional. Highly rated. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I had 2 radiators replaced. Advised me which radiator was best for the bedroom stud wall due to weight issue of big radiators. Did a good and professional job. There were other issues in the central heating system which he identified too and made recommendations. Very reasonable price for the work he did. Overall glad that I called him as he demonstrated he is very experienced in his work.

I had East Midlands Gas & plumbing over for a boiler service and they did a wonderful job servicing my Worcester combi boiler. Neil was great, professional and helpful. My shower screen fell into the bath, leaving 2 holes and in need of a replacement. Instead of many others who insisted a large portion of the bathroom needed replacing, Neil carefully took the tiles out needed to get the old bath out and fitted a new bath, shower screen and pannel. Meaning no unnecessary waste and more environmentally & budget friendly. On time, friendly, would recommend. Thanks Neil :)

Absolutely brilliant service from Simon. I've got a Boilermate A-Class OV thermal store and it was a nightmare finding someone who could help repair it when it stopped providing my hot water. I luckily found Derby Plumbing Services and Simon came out the next day after I rang. Now, one day later, the Boilermate is all repaired. 2 day service! I could not recommend Derby Plumbing Services more, amazing :)

We had an issue at home with our boiler mate system which people who live on our estate and had a miller home know all about. I was recommended by a few neighbours to call Simon at Derby Plumbing Services and after a 5 minute phone call he turned his vehicle around from a job he was going to and came to us. Rang Simon with a central heating problem. He turned up later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A valve needed replacing. He came back and replaced the valve in the early evening. An excellent and efficient service.
