We have had a total bathroom renovation and new central heating system fitted by Pride Plumbing Services and have been so impressed by the work they have done! The whole team has been amazing from start to finish - they worked so hard and were a pleasure to have around the house! I have used Pride Plumbing Services for a number of plumbing requirements over the last 10 Years. All the team that I have dealt with over the years have been fantastic, thorough, efficient and well priced. Most recently Ant arranged for Jacob to come round and fit a new boiler with a smart thermostat after our old one died. We were very happy with the work as always and they were more competitively priced than larger chains like British Gas. I would recommend Pride Plumbing Services to anybody.

Martyn is an excellent professional plumber who came out to help with our broken old boiler. Within 24 hours we have a new boiler fully installed and commissioned! Really couldn’t ask for better service. He took us through all the replacement options and warranties and once we had made our decision, the new boiler was delivered 30 minutes later ready for Martyn to fit the next morning. He was on time and kept us up to date on progress. A very tidy, neat job all round. Will certainly be using him and his team for all our future plumbing needs!

Neil was great, professional and helpful. My shower screen fell into the bath, leaving 2 holes and in need of a replacement. Instead of many others who insisted a large portion of the bathroom needed replacing, Neil carefully took the tiles out needed to get the old bath out and fitted a new bath, shower screen and pannel. Meaning no unnecessary waste and more environmentally & budget friendly. On time, friendly, would recommend. Thanks Neil :)

We needed a plumber to complete some plumbing work for our project home in Derby. After reaching out to some local firms, we were disappointed to get sky high, unrealistic prices or no response at all. A neighbour then recommended us to Stewart Domestic Plumbing. We found Neil (owner) to be both professional and friendly in his approach and his price was competitive. Fin came and replaced my old original boiler which was no longer very economical, with an Ideal combi boiler. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and managed to fit the new boiler inside the kitchen cabinet very neatly given the size. Would recommend 👍

Lauren and Liam have just finished replacing our horrible bathroom. The project was beset with issues from the outset, partly due to our very solidly built house! Lauren came to replace a bath that a cowboy had left us with, it didn’t look like the easiest job but Lauren made a fantastic job of it and repaired the toilet too. She was very professional and had excellent communication. I would definitely recommend and would have her back again in the future if I need anymore plumbing work doing. Lauren and the Team have recently replaced out main bathroom and ensuite and have done an amazing job. Lauren made the whole process so easy. We were sent photos so that we could choose what we wanted. Everything was delivered to the house on the day work started. There was a supplier issue with the bath and this was rectified immediately. The work is of an extremely high standard and the team would leave things as tidy as possible at the end of each day. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be using them for any plumbing work I need to do in the future. Thank you Lauren and the Team.

Moved into a new home last autumn, the boiler was functioning as the house was red hot only problem was I struggled to get enough hot water for a bath - I love me baths. Anyways like most folks when you move its a little expensive and you have to prioritise. I thought I'd get the boiler checked out, so looked for a local plumber found a couple of businesses who offered a couple of solutions. Turns out the boiler was over 15 years old, I wasn't planning on replacing the boiler but Direct Plumbings proposal ticked all the necessary boxes, decent brand of boiler, fantastic price and they could fit me in within a couple of weeks, the cost enabled me to bolt on the Nest upgrade. Decided to commit, Daniel and Josh completed the job without any fuss, tool 1/2 day and I haven't regretted the decision. Direct Plumbing also provide trade-in services, so I got a bit of money back by recycling the old boiler. Which to be fair saved me getting rid of the old unit. Thoroughly recommend Direct Plumbing. Great local business. Oh the Nest Thermostat is mint - control heating remotely, saving loads off my bill.

Dannie and his team were swift, professional and friendly. We were in a real sticky position, no water or heating and the team responded the next morning to diagnose the problem so parts and equipment could be ordered. Within 2 days the new combi was fitted and we were up and running. Great company.
