Ade and Jack have spent this week installing a walk-in shower. They were both very polite, approachable, and friendly. Time kerping was good, they arrived when exoected each day. The work they did was brilliant and to a very standard. Would 100% use again, and highly recommend.

Stapleford Plumber We have used Andy now for the past 3 years, each and every time he turns up when he say's, he is smart polite and friendly. I will never forget the time i called at 10pm with a problem and Andy was there within 10 minutes to fix our broken radiators. You can't put a price on service like this.

We called Andy, The Plumber to install plumbing for a washing machine, a couple of outside taps and to swap kitchen taps for a mixer tap. Andy was easy to contact, courteous, responsive and flexible. He provided sound advice and accurate quote prior to the work. On the day, he turned up on time, his work was fast and to a very high standard. Overall, we are delighted by the workmanship and customer service and can wholeheartedly recommend Andy, The Plumber.

We first contacted Andy when we moved into our new home a couple of years ago and found a leak coming from the bathroom down to our kitchen ceiling. It was a Sunday, but he still came over and was so helpful. We always call him now whenever we need a plumber, he is super reliable and his charges are very reasonable. The latest job was fixing a leak coming from our hot water feed. Access was an issue due to poor design but Andy figured out a way which meant that we didn't have any re-tiling to do. Very efficient! He also replaced our old basin taps. We would highly recommend Andy to anyone! :)

We could not be happier with Alect! They carried out an inspection on a faulty electric fire. When they couldn’t repair it they quickly sourced an alternative and fitted it without delay. Communication was friendly and efficient at all stages of the process. Great job done - thank you!

Alect were fantastic, amazingly responsive, with very detailed emails answering all my queries. They were polite, professional, prompt and fair with their charges. They prefer not to cut corners so I paid a little more but the EICR job was thorough and I don't regret paying the extra for peace of mind. I'm sure that when the certificate comes up for renewal in five years, there will be little if any extra work to do. What has stood out for me is their communication. I passed on their original quotation to two other electricians for their comments and, to their credit, Alect didn't mind at all and gave a reasoned and considered response to some of the points that were raised. I actually ended up falling out with one of the other electricians because I felt that, if I would have gone with him instead, he would have cut corners just to be more price competitive, and he didn't like to hear that! In the end, I decided that only with Alect would I have peace of mind that the job had been done properly. And it has!

We had a leak coming through the ceiling and needed sorting urgently, a lovely chap turned up and solved the problem causing no damage to ceiling what so ever which was expected. We've always had Gary and Greg do our plumbing and heating work on both the houses we have owned, and over many years. They've undertaken stuff as simple as a tap repair to as complex as a full new heating system. Whatever the job we've asked of them, they've always been competitively priced, turned up when they said they would, and worked diligently and effectively. Jack stripped down and serviced our boiler recently, which was a particular model, so he needed to source parts from Germany to get the job done. Everything went extremely smoothly, he made all of it seem very easy and it was done surprisingly quickly to boot. Jack is a genuinely nice guy, so it's no bother having him around the house and I knew he would do a good job. Which he did! To top it all off he was very reasonably priced too. It's always hard to find good tradespeople and I am happy to say Jack is definitely a good one. Look no further- book Jack!

One of those rarest kinds of tradesman, the kind who actually turns up! We asked Jack to give out central heating system some much needed TLC after a few decades of neglect and he went way above and beyond for us, we would recommend him in a heartbeat. The job would have broken a lesser man but he just kept on going.
