Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. Will use Mark going forward and highly recommend.

Brian and Matt fitted 2 replacement Radiator’s with new thermostat’s and re-arranged the location of 1 of the Radiator’s to the opposite wall . Brian and Matt turned up spot on time as agreed . Work carried out very efficiently and all the mess was kept to a minimum with all the rubbish removed from site . Two very friendly guys, very knowledgeable and explained each step of of the work. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will be added to my speed dial contacts .

I cannot thank Brian enough for all the help he gave me when my old boiler decided to give up during the recent cold and snowy weather. Despite being extremely busy he got to me very promptly and ensured I was able to keep my heating and hot water running. Having decided to opt for a new boiler Brian was able to provide me with a number of options and quotes and then once I decided which one I wanted he was able to get to me the following week to commence the installation;. On the day he arrived very promptly and got to work straight away decommissioning my old boiler and at this point that’s when we hit a problem as it transpired the wall behind the boiler had been quite badly damaged by a leak some time before. With the help of Brian I was able to get a builder to come the next day and repair the brickwork and re plaster. Naturally we had to wait a couple of days for the plaster to dry it and this is when Brian really came into is own. He was able to work his magic with his workload and other customers, diary etc. and arrange to get to me firsts thing Monday morning to undertake the new installation. I can honestly say that Brian and his apprentice are by far the best tradespeople I have ever employed and would absolutely recommend him to everyone. Punctual, honest, competitive pricing and nothing was too much trouble. I have to say as well that it was a real pleasure to see how much time he also takes in supporting and training his apprentice(s) ensuring that he is passing on his skills and experience to the next generation. Highly recommend.

We needed a cast iron radiator fitted in our spare room. The pipes needed moving before fitting and also before the laminate floor went down. Brian was very accommodating. He did a fantastic job, explained in detail what he had done and what the next step was as he needed to visit us twice (once for the pipes, then to fit it after the floor was down) as it needed to be mounted to the wall, he used the touch up paint and even painted the stays the same colour as the wall. True professional and a really nice bloke!

Fantastic heating engineer boiler had broken down and he came as soon as was possible and fixed it for me extremely helpful polite and friendly. Even booked him in for all the service work cannot fault in anyway more than happy to recommend. Went out of his way to help me and ensure I was sorted. Extremely happy highly recommend.

Had to have Gas Engineer to replace motorised valve. Rang JW Gas and Plumbing. Jake answered phone quickly. Very helpful. Arrived earlier than he said to do the job. Kept me informed about price. Was very informative. And did job very quickly. Gave us a good price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I called Jake on a Friday afternoon as I had an issue with my boilers water pressure. He arrived 15 minutes later. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote the following day. He came back on the Monday and fitted the new parts in under 30 minutes. This resolved the issue straight away. He was very courteous and polite and extremely efficient. His charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services as I have had numerous negative experiences with plumbers over the years.

Jake has been absolutely fantastic. He answered the phone very quickly and returned 2 days in a row to fix an issue we had. He went above and beyond to try and help us on his first visit, but through no fault of his, it required a follow-up visit when we had parts. He is very reliable and genuinely just a straight-up guy who is very good at what he does. Wanted two new radiators installed in my property before winter takes its hold on us all. Nathan promptly came round to price up the job and a date for fitting arranging. The installation went swiftly, and extra effort was made to ensure none of our decor was damaged (there were Dust sheets and matts throughout the house). Not knowing how these things work I expected there would be holes in my walls and marks on my skirting board / floors but this was not the case, the pipe work was connected with absolute precision with minimal holes created - he truly is the master of the pipe. Nathan was also flexible enough to fit a smart thermostat the same day, which was not initially included in the job. On finishing, you would not have known that any work had taken place the house was spotless all thanks to Nathan and his trusty NuVac I would not look anywhere else other than willow heating to meet any of my plumbing needs! Could not recommend enough

Best service money can buy. Nathan installed 2 x nest thermostats. Job was not very simple as our boiler controls for 3 floors were under the bath tub. Nathan had to open the side panel and then reseal everything. Job has been done to a very high standard. I will be using his services again in future. Price wise, Nathan offered us a good and a reasonable price. Thanks. Nathan.

We are so happy we chose Splash to design and fit our new bathroom. Having recently undergone a total knee replacement I needed a walk in shower. Paul spent a lot of time talking through my needs and wants and designed the perfect bathroom for us. From the taller toilet to the niche in the shower for shampoo, shower gel etc.....its disability friendly without looking like it. We recently had a great team from F&P Plumbing and heating come and replace an old boiler with another newer system. From start to finish we received great service. Cam was an excellent worker, he was very thorough and helpful. Answered all our questions and was very polite. The work was completed to a very high standard. Highly recommended. Managed to fit us in for an urgent repair due to leak in our pipework which stopped our boiler working in a week of extreme cold weather. Thanks to the admin team for finding a way to fit us in and David for fixing our problem, it is very much appreciated. Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. Thank you F&P!

On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

This has involved gutting our old bathroom,moving the toilet,(adding a new soil pipe),new lighting,piping & floorboards. Good attention to detail.Checked with us as they got to different points in the work to ensure it was as we wanted. Arrived on time & completed it in the time they said. Honest pricing,trustworthy (important if you have to go out whilst the job is done), polite & friendly. Cleaned up at the end of each day.
