Mark was professional, reliable and friendly. He fitted a new boiler, radiators, timer, two toilets and new flooring. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Mark also made helpful suggestions along the way. He worked hard and left everywhere clean and tidy. The work was finished on time and there were no hidden costs. I would highly recommend Mark and will definitely be contacting him for any future work.

We have been extremely impressed by the service that MH Heating Solutions have provided in relation to our new boiler installation. From our first conversation with Elaine we felt at ease that MH Solutions were the right choice for us. Martin came around at a prearranged time and we discussed the project which not only involved a new boiler but also increasing the size of the pipe work to comply with current regulations. The installation was carried out by Stefan over two days and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He worked hard and came up with a great solution to installing the new pipe work without lots of upheaval. It was neat and tidy installation and we were left with both heating and hot water at the end of day one. He explained how the new boiler operates and demonstrated it after testing. We had a follow up call from Elaine after work was completed and she ran through the after sales process and servicing schedule. Overall we cannot fault the service that we have received from MH Solutions and would thoroughly recommend using them for any heating needs.

I chose MH Heating Solutions because one of my neighbours recommended as they had already done some work at their home. I looked at their website and the reviews, and now that they have completed the work in my place, I can't agree more with the comments of other clients. My boiler was one with a water tank and boiler together and I had it replaced for just a combi, so they had to do a new installation. Stephan, Martyn and Charlie worked on the installation, and they were great. If I hadn't known that the work was going to be made and I had been out those days and coming home, I wouldn't have noticed that anyone had been at home, except that the heating was now working!!! Everything was perfect, super clean, tidy. The water pressure is really good now, heating is not noisy when it starts. So it has been a pleasure to have the work done by MH. I will give them a 5+ score as on top of that their price is very competitive.

We had a smell of gas in the garage and George came out quickly and ran some tests and solved the issue for us. Also answered some questions around the heating system and gave some useful suggestions on how to run the heating system more efficiently. Definitely use again!

Like so many other reviews on here I was really impressed with George and his team. Lots of ‘little jobs’ had built up around the house. George turned up when he said he would. Walked round noting down everything I wanted doing. No job was to small and over the coming days he systematically fixed everything to perfection. Would highly recommemd.

We called Touchwood Plumbing on the Sunday between Christmas and new year after a fault with our boiler meant we had no hot water or heating. The engineer came out the same day and did his best to fix it. However it needed a new part. The engineer informed me that the boiler was still under warranty so the part could be replaced by the manufacturer. Not only did he check we were covered but he arranged for an engineer from the boiler company to come out with the right part and replace it at no extra cost to us. Fantastic and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Ralph came round at short notice and got some radiators working that we hadn’t managed to get on since we moved in a year ago. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and stayed to ensure everything was working properly. Tidy and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Mr Plumb. A most reliable and skilful plumber who fitted our new Worcester Bosch boiler today. A great job done: boiler superbly fitted, old boiler etc removed, kitchen cleaned and tidied, not forgetting use of new boiler and thermostat patiently explained. All paperwork in order. Peter investigated the fault on our boiler the same day we called him, he discussed our options and we decided to go for a new boiler. Peter came on the day he stated and on time. We were so pleased with the installation he had done we asked him to return the following week to install a new toilet. In short from a big job to small works I would not hesitate to recommend him to other people.

Thanks Keith for fixing the valve on my mums toilet on a Sunday! Came within half an hour of contacting, very friendly and fair priced.

Contacted Keith regarding a blockage preventing my toilet flushing and shower draining. Keith was very knowledgeable on the phone, came out same day. Even though Keith couldn't fix our problem, he suggested what we need to do now and who to contact, what they are likely to do and what the worst case scenario could be. Didn't charge me as couldn't do the job. This wouldn't deter me from contacting Keith again. Good honest reliable tradespeople are hard to find
