Munir was amazing, boiler had broke down and had 2 kids at home freezing. Munir came out within a couple of hours and had the boiler up and running in less then half hour

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

We used optimal plumbing to renovate our holiday home bathroom,we trusted Ryan and Adam with the keys the work was great and they left the place spotless, it’s the second time we’ve used optimal would not hesitate to recommend also the price was reasonable considering the distance.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

I am really happy with the work Adam and Ryan did on fitting my new kitchen sink waste pipes. They fitted me in around their jobs, were polite, efficient and very helpful. I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining later on and a couple of rogue slight leaks from my new sink and they came back, same day, and fixed the lot. I’d recommend them to anyone! We had to call them out in a emergency due to a pipe burst. They were prompt to respond, remediated the immediate issue. They were professional, punctual and completed the necessary job. Following the emergency response, we agreed for them to complete some additional works at site. They agreed to carry out those and yet again they were professional and completed the job as promised. I am sure you will not be disappointed to use them. Highly recommended!

Called out to a faulty boiler, they attended the same day, identified faults with the boiler very quickly, we decided to have a new boiler fitted, Muhammad sent a quote through the same day, we were very pleased with the price, confirmed date and time, Muhammad and his business partner turned up on time as promised, fitted the new boiler, cleaned through the system, left no mess, very pleasant people to deal with, would recommend and use again without hesitation

Matt is friendly, very professional and courteous and trustworthy. He gives solid, balanced advice and listens to the customer. He’s thoroughly clean (even hoovering my stair carpet when he finished, I asked if he’d pop round weekly because he did such a great job) he wore shoe covers and made sure everything was tidy. I can’t recommend him enough. I will most certainly use him again.

Matt is a very polite individual who works hard to get the job done. His work is very meticulous and tidy. We had a leaky sink. I saw Matt's brilliant reviews and messaged him with a photo of the leak and what I thought the problem was. Matt arranged to visit the next day and he did. He wore boot covers on our carpet, was polite and friendly, and fixed the leak quickly after carefully diagnosing the issue. Excellent service from start to finish and at a very competitive price. Neil came out at very short notice to help with a leak in a very awkward place in my kitchen, and also an almost-inaccessible stoptap problem. I had expected a lot of disruption as I'd been warned by others that the job could be very complicated. However, Neil was very honest in his assessment and took the time to find a simpler way to resolve the problem without sacrificing quality. The job was completed promptly and the kitchen was left clear and tidy afterward. Very pleased with the work and the end result.

I had a leak under the bathroom sink and tried to fix it myself, however I found it was more complicated than I thought. I read a positive review where Neil fixed a similar issue so called him and he came out quickly after I sent him some photos so he knew what to expect. Even then there were a few unknown issues that still arose which Neil dealt with very well. He replaced the plug/waste disposal sorting the leak and also made good with silicon after putting the sink back on the wall and the sink now looks better than before! Neil is very personable, has a lot of experience and was very good at keeping me up to date with when he was arriving and I would definitely use him again.

Neil was very good at his job been doing plumbing for years. He is a man that likes to get on with the job. He put us another up to date toilet in (which was on an angle) also put a new sink with cabinet then he removed an old radiator for an upright towel rail. I made contact with Neil after my wife was getting messed around for 3 weeks with a lot of conflicting advice from several other plumbers. I spoke with Neil and he did his research upon pictures supplied for my Grohe mixer shower. I was advised of what part to source and communication from Neil was excellent. Highly recommended. Managed to fit us in for an urgent repair due to leak in our pipework which stopped our boiler working in a week of extreme cold weather. Thanks to the admin team for finding a way to fit us in and David for fixing our problem, it is very much appreciated. We have used them previously for boiler services and always found them to be helpful, polite and reliable.

Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. Our service engineer Richard was brilliant. He's very approachable and friendly. He knows his stuff and carried out our service really efficiently. He was also able to solve a cold radiator problem, explaining what had happened. I would use this firm again and again. Very pleased with their customer care.
