My previous boiler technician installed a new Baxi combi boiler a few years ago but I only learnt, through a Baxi warranty callout last month, that the boiler was never flushed or cleaned before installing. This meant our new boiler was full of sludge and grime which would have significantly damaged the boiler if left untreated. Baxi said a chemical flush was required for me to maintain my warranty and so I reached out to Power Plus Heating Ltd. The team did an excellent job chemically flushing my boiler. They were very thorough with their work, explained every step of the process and furnished me with very useful advice on how to maintain the health of my boiler and radiators. I would highly recommend this company and am grateful for their services.

Power Plus Heating installed a new boiler in one of my properties. From enquiry to completion the process took less than a week. More than pleased with the job. Neat, tidy and efficient group of chaps all very knowledgeable. You really can see the passion and pride they take in their work. Special thanks to Dean and his apprentice Darren who made sure to keep us warm with a temporary heater whist the boiler was being replaced. I will recommend to all.

I called Powerplus heating for an emergency call out (my hot water was not turning on) and with the cold weather it essential. They sent out an engineer who managed to diagnose, resolve and fix the issue within an hour! -Impressive service and great workmanship. Bearing in mind it’s the winter I was expecting a hefty bill, but that wasn’t the case. Very Honest, will be sure to use them going forward. Thank you to Saboor and the team.

Power Plus Heating did a great job for us. They fitted a quality boiler within a day, came back to flush our heating system and ensured all our radiators were piping hot. They also gave us maintenance advice, made sure we knew how to bleed the heaters correctly and keep the correct settings on the boiler. Sab was very informative in teaching us how to take care of our heating system, and answered all of our concerns. The team were very friendly too. I would definitely recommend them.

Billy always responds straight away, gets there quickly and seems to have everything he needs with him whatever the job. He’s friendly, works quickly, keeps everything really clean and tidy and checks that everything works. We’ve always been really pleased with his work and never had any problems afterwards

Highly recommend this guy . His workmanship is very good, I've used Tom over the last few weeks. From having pipe work moved, installation of a second toilet and having two outside taps installed. I found him to be very responsive and communication is excellent. All work completed at a reasonable cost. Hopefully soon we'll be having a complete bathroom refit, tom is currently quoting me for this, no hesitation in employing him He is a quality guy to recommend !

Matt is a very polite individual who works hard to get the job done. His work is very meticulous and tidy. Matt is friendly, very professional and courteous and trustworthy. He gives solid, balanced advice and listens to the customer. He’s thoroughly clean (even hoovering my stair carpet when he finished, I asked if he’d pop round weekly because he did such a great job) he wore shoe covers and made sure everything was tidy. I can’t recommend him enough. I will most certainly use him again.

We had a leaky sink. I saw Matt's brilliant reviews and messaged him with a photo of the leak and what I thought the problem was. Matt arranged to visit the next day and he did. He wore boot covers on our carpet, was polite and friendly, and fixed the leak quickly after carefully diagnosing the issue. Excellent service from start to finish and at a very competitive price. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Matt.

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

We recently had a great team from F&P Plumbing and heating come and replace an old boiler with another newer system. From start to finish we received great service. Cam was an excellent worker, he was very thorough and helpful. Answered all our questions and was very polite. The work was completed to a very high standard. These guys were super helpful. Dave diagnosed the problem with our boiler over the phone and I was able to send pictures to him. The quote was with me quickly and I was able to approve and get a time booked in to get the work done. Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. My partner and I have used Nash a couple of times now and I have to say 1st class service, punctual, very competative price considering one time was an emergency, he came out in what felt like no time at all and fixed a leak under the bath. Brilliant service. I would not want to use anybody else.

Excellent and prompt service. Very reasonable price. Very impressed that if I do not get Nash and leave a message he always gets back to me as soon as he can. Last winter when I was prepared to suffer a cold night and wait for service the following day this was not good enough for him. Despite being weary after a long hard day his reaction was “let’s see if we can get you some warmth tonight”and he talked me through to get my boiler going again. Why would I want to use anyone else!

Martin was great! He came out late at night to fix my boiler issue. I’ve been having cold showers for a few nights and so glad to have hot water now. He fixed the electrical issue and also the leak. Martin was very professional and managed to solve my 2 issues in a timely manner. From accepting my work request he arrived within an hour and quickly got working on the diagnostics. He explained everything in easy to understand terms and once price was confirmed and agreed, got to work in fixing the problems. He replaced the switch and fuse for the bathroom lights / extractor fan which was causing the electrics to trip and also fixed a broken / wonky light panel in my kitchen. I highly recommend Martin and will use his services again in the future if required.

My boiler stopped working last Saturday night, I called Tony on Monday morning and by Wednesday lunchtime he said Guy had removed and replaced it with a new one 😁. They are so helpful, explain everything to you, genuinely care about their customers. I've had done a number of plumbing jobs done by them over a few years and they've never let me down. Response to your call is quick, they work efficiently and clean up afterwards. I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Tony has been our only go to for boiler/plumbing issues, for several years now. He covers the regular boiler service, and also installed a new boiler when the old one packed up. Any plumbing issues, he's quick to react, and always charges a very fair price for his work/time/parts etc. I'm in the process of buying a new house, and Tony was happy to go to the new house and do a general 'health check' of the boiler/gas fittings etc, before I finalise my purchase. He gave me a detailed and very helpful breakdown of his findings, and answered all my queries (I gave the poor guy a list! 😄). Having used this service for several years, I fully trust Tony, and wouldn't call anyone else. Highly recommend!
