Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. We recently had a great team from F&P Plumbing and heating come and replace an old boiler with another newer system. From start to finish we received great service. Cam was an excellent worker, he was very thorough and helpful. Answered all our questions and was very polite. The work was completed to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any plumbing and heating work doing.

These guys were super helpful. Dave diagnosed the problem with our boiler over the phone and I was able to send pictures to him. The quote was with me quickly and I was able to approve and get a time booked in to get the work done. Ryan, who came and did the work was friendly, helpful and completed the work cleanly and promptly. I would highly reccommend them to anyone!

Our service engineer Richard was brilliant. He's very approachable and friendly. He knows his stuff and carried out our service really efficiently. He was also able to solve a cold radiator problem, explaining what had happened. I would use this firm again and again. Very pleased with their customer care.

Manol and his wife managed the bathroom renovation project together and they are both very friendly and helpful. They responded to messages super quickly and gave us good advice when we were choosing all our new bathroom supplies, and they also drove us to pick up the tiles and Manol picked up other supplies for us which was helpful. Jonida was great at keeping everything organised and keeping track of the receipts and payments. The tiles and all the fittings look really nice and we are happy with the result! Manol has also replaced all our radiators and installed the new ones and they look lovely.

Not used the company prior to this morning. Manol agreed to come out for an emergency leak in the busiest season. He has done a marvellous job not only of fixing the leak but also tidying the rest of the sink set up as well as checking for any other leaks. Job looks very professional and is value for money too. Thoroughly recommend

MK did a fantastic job for us replacing a small bathroom. They had to take everything back to scratch and were excellent. Very reliable, high quality work and beautiful tiling. We are extremely happy with the work and definitely recommend. The quote was accurate and I was informed beforehand of additional costs.

My boiler stopped working last Saturday night, I called Tony on Monday morning and by Wednesday lunchtime he said Guy had removed and replaced it with a new one 😁. They are so helpful, explain everything to you, genuinely care about their customers. I've had done a number of plumbing jobs done by them over a few years and they've never let me down. Response to your call is quick, they work efficiently and clean up afterwards. I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Tony has been our only go to for boiler/plumbing issues, for several years now. He covers the regular boiler service, and also installed a new boiler when the old one packed up. Any plumbing issues, he's quick to react, and always charges a very fair price for his work/time/parts etc. I'm in the process of buying a new house, and Tony was happy to go to the new house and do a general 'health check' of the boiler/gas fittings etc, before I finalise my purchase. He gave me a detailed and very helpful breakdown of his findings, and answered all my queries (I gave the poor guy a list! 😄). Having used this service for several years, I fully trust Tony, and wouldn't call anyone else. Highly recommend!

I called Powerplus heating for an emergency call out (my hot water was not turning on) and with the cold weather it essential. They sent out an engineer who managed to diagnose, resolve and fix the issue within an hour! -Impressive service and great workmanship. My previous boiler technician installed a new Baxi combi boiler a few years ago but I only learnt, through a Baxi warranty callout last month, that the boiler was never flushed or cleaned before installing. This meant our new boiler was full of sludge and grime which would have significantly damaged the boiler if left untreated. Baxi said a chemical flush was required for me to maintain my warranty and so I reached out to Power Plus Heating Ltd. The team did an excellent job chemically flushing my boiler. They were very thorough with their work, explained every step of the process and furnished me with very useful advice on how to maintain the health of my boiler and radiators. I would highly recommend this company and am grateful for their services.

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

We used optimal plumbing to renovate our holiday home bathroom,we trusted Ryan and Adam with the keys the work was great and they left the place spotless, it’s the second time we’ve used optimal would not hesitate to recommend also the price was reasonable considering the distance.

Martin was very professional and managed to solve my 2 issues in a timely manner. From accepting my work request he arrived within an hour and quickly got working on the diagnostics. He explained everything in easy to understand terms and once price was confirmed and agreed, got to work in fixing the problems. He replaced the switch and fuse for the bathroom lights / extractor fan which was causing the electrics to trip and also fixed a broken / wonky light panel in my kitchen. I highly recommend Martin and will use his services again in the future if required.

Martin was a very polite helpful man . He arrived when he said he would , looked at what needed doing and gave me a quote . He did a very good job and gave me some good advice in that the property was going to be left empty for a while . I will definitely keep his number for future and recommend to friends and family . Martin was great! He came out late at night to fix my boiler issue. I’ve been having cold showers for a few nights and so glad to have hot water now. He fixed the electrical issue and also the leak. The drainage issue in the toilet sink is all fixed too! He’s also overall a great guy too! Happy customer right here 👍

Matt is friendly, very professional and courteous and trustworthy. He gives solid, balanced advice and listens to the customer. He’s thoroughly clean (even hoovering my stair carpet when he finished, I asked if he’d pop round weekly because he did such a great job) he wore shoe covers and made sure everything was tidy. Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating.
