friendly guy, left no mess was very polite and professional. Originally fitted our bathroom but then had him again to replace our old boiler system. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a local plumber who is gas safe registered and does an excellent job at a very good price!!

Phoned Dave when we had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling the day we returned from holiday. He was with us within an hour and had the fun task of finding the leak between the ceiling and floorboards. Dave found the leak and repaired the pipes that had pin holes in them, left everything clean and explained any next steps with insurance etc. Not only did he do a top job but he is a top bloke too. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Rang in the morning as my father needed replacement taps for his kitchen sink as one tap had become difficult to turn off. After a phone call and sending a picture of the taps and connections Dave attended the same day. He obtained replacement taps and flexible hoses. Despite it taking much longer, due to the condition of original fittings, he completed the job and stuck with his quote. Great service

After looking for a plumber on checkatrade I came past Dark Knight plumbing I noticed the many positive reviews and got in contact. Our issue was quite urgent and the service we received was top notch! It is now fixed and we're happy again. Will definitely use again if needed.

I needed a shower plumbing in, rang Dark Knight plumbing, Dave came round and assessed the job, but it was not as straightforward as first thought. Leaks in pipes I didn't know about , stopcock seized etc. Dave sorted everything out for us. This guy is a great tradesman, he is honest and reliable, and he knows his job.. He charges a fair price for his work. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.. Oh yeah, he has got a wicked sense of humour too. Well done Dave.

Michael and team have just fitted a new boiler and unvented cylinder system. Arrived on schedule, worked really efficiently with little disruption to ourselves, so pleased with the installation. Their workmanship is very tidy and we highly recommend them!

We can highly recommend ProPlumb365. Michael & Greg (not forgetting De the tiler & Mike the plasterer) have done a fabulous bathroom refit. This has involved gutting our old bathroom,moving the toilet,(adding a new soil pipe),new lighting,piping & floorboards. Good attention to detail.Checked with us as they got to different points in the work to ensure it was as we wanted. Arrived on time & completed it in the time they said. Honest pricing,trustworthy (important if you have to go out whilst the job is done), polite & friendly. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the result.They will be our ‘go to’ plumbers in future.

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. The group of men working on our bathroom were highly respectful. I would chose them again and definitely will be recommending to friends and family! I can’t speak highly enough about the service Simon provided to us recently in replacing a motorised valve in our heating system and servicing our CH boiler. He diagnosed the problem, carried out all the work in a thorough manner, including spotting & reporting, future potential issues, left the system working and thoroughly checked, and cleaned up after himself. Brilliant. Genuine trade, very fairly priced, all done in the timescale indicated. If you need a plumber/CH Engineer you need look no further. Simon is my first call from now on. I've been using Niall for over 12 years now and wouldn't use anyone else. Nothing is ever too much effort. My boiler failed to start and within 24 hours he had it up and running again. His customer service and knowledge is second to none. Highly recommended

Niall goes above and beyond, he is friendly and professional. So far he has moved a radiator, installed 5 new radiators, serviced our gas fires, changed our whole heating system from a water tank to a combi boiler, installed a shower, bath, taps and shower screen. It all looks amazing so far and we are having him back to do more!

Niall has helped us a few times over the past few years - he fitted a boiler for us a few years ago and has moved radiators in our new home. He’s super friendly, does a really good quality job and leaves everything perfectly tidy at the end! Mike has completed lots of jobs for us and has always been great. Communication before the work is completed is always swift and helpful. Fantastic experience with Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating today. I googled a local plumber on Tuesday for a small job in the bathroom. Matt first of all installed a new boiler and radiators. I was so impressed with his work, professionalism and time keeping I asked him to install a new shower room. I received a professional written quote along with a start date and on that date he arrived at 8.00 a.m. My new shower room is stunning and beautifully finished. I would absolutely recommend CCM Plumbing and wish I had another bathroom you could do. Work on the singing though Matt 😂

Matt came highly recommended by friends - and they were absolutely right in every respect. Matt quoted for a complete new boiler and central heating system with 14 radiators (replacing economy 7 heating) and we assumed there would be a lot of disruption but this was not the case! Matt and his colleague started on the day quoted - at 8 a.m. They worked efficiently, leaving no mess, explained everything clearly and it was obvious that they took a pride in their work. The completed job has been finished to a very high standard - with virtually no re-decoration needed and - best of all - we have an efficient, reliable and economical central heating system for years to come.
