Our family (and others we've recommended) has been using this vets for nearly 20 years and we couldn't recommend them enough. Our experience with 387 vets has been overwhelmingly positive and any concerns or issues we've had have always been addressed promptly. They might appear more expensive than other vets in the area but their services match the price. They've approached all of our pets with genuine care and compassion (and this is true for everyone we've dealt with at the practice) and have answered any questions we've had about treatment (and we've asked quite a few!) with compassion and clarity. One of our cats went through chemotherapy here last year and they out our minds at ease throughout this stressful time. They even allowed one of our other cats to accompany him, to help with her behaviour after each of his chemotherapy visits. Our other cat recently stopped eating and they didn't hesitate to look into what the issue may be and provided us with options on how best to help her. The staff are lovely and I genuinely don't think you can find a better vet practice than this one. We appreciate everything you have done for and continue to do for us! Thank you.

I volunteer for a cat rescue that this vets has supported. They have an excellent standard of care and always make sure the animals receive first class treatment. The staff are very polite and helpful amd always help to relieve the stress of taking a sick animal to the vets.

Fantastic service for all the paws in my house. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Reasonably priced. And always available within an hour of phone call. The WhatsApp service in invaluable and I’ve never heard of that before. But it’s healed a lot without an appointment. 5 stars because in grateful of all the services provided. What can I say?? Our dear beautiful boy called Bandit was taken to 387 vet’s for emergency surgery while on the care of my daughter when we were in Jamaica. He had a foreign body in his intestines that cause significant damage and the surgery was long. He passed on the table at the final hour which was simply traumatic and distressing for all the staff at 387 vets. I want to thank Carlos, Jennifer, Hamish, all the nurses and all the reception staff for trying their best to save his life and the kindness and compassion going over and above to call me in Jamaica and my daughter at home to deliver the devastating news. They arranged for his cremation and gave me the time we needed for a debrief of what happened on my return. When I tell people of my experience and the loss of Bandit they comment on what a wonderful practice 387 vets must be. The care Bandit received was second to none and I am at peace with the way he was cared for and loved in his final hours. Cannot thank you enough for helping us through such a horrible time

Finally, a decent veterinary practise reachable from Aldridge. Tidy, large reception with an area sectioned off for cats. Great parking too. I was happy with the care and attention the vet had with my injured Moggy. I’ll be using this one if I need to in the future.

What can I say… I have been truly blown away by this business. Such kind staff! All of you! Since my Kiah starting needing pain killers about 4 months ago you’ve been so supportive throughout. Attention to detail until the very sad but yet peaceful end of her life.❤️ Your kindness and empathy was genuine…. Warren House vets have the most wonderful, caring, kind staff you could ever meet. Our little dog Lily has been very poorly and they have been wonderful. She has had the best care from Anca and the vet nurses. They have done everything possible. They are so caring in every way and work with you to anchieve the best outcome, the kindness they have shown will always be with us. We cannot thank you enough.

We brought our dog in for a keyhole spay. Throughout the whole process the vets were very helpful and informative, and the operation itself went perfectly. The ladies on reception were always friendly and helpful, the whole process was made very stress-free. Cannot fault them at all!

Our eldest cat Coco has had dental problems and recently underwent surgery at Burntwood performed by Harvey Tate ( prior to going in Coco developed what we thought was a leg injury,but Harvey believed it just to a strain of some kind) Just to say a big thankyou to Harvey and the team for the work and care put into looking after Coco ( he's an old boy ,,Coco that is 😂 ) and after 7 days of being confined to barracks,Coco has been signed off and he's plodding around the garden..also thanks to the receptionist, think it's Amanda? Who has Al Pacas ,she was very nice and we had a good laugh with her ...thankyou again for the care and attention given to Coco

20 plus years of being an outstanding vets, with 4 dogs over the years, understanding, passionate about animals. Very reasonable priced no surgery or extra xray, blood tests if not needed. Could not recommend enough.

This veterinary Centre helps us leaps and bounds after our own vets diagnosis of our westie was completely wrong and Aubrey at Bloxwich quickly discovered she had a tumour all the staff were amazing, polite, and obviously very experienced can't thank Aubrey enough for what he did for our 15 year old family pet 👍🏻👍🏻❤️

Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my beloved husky, I was heart broken. The receptionist after speaking with her on the phone new why I was there and spoke to me lovly and quietly, I told her I would need help to lift him and she explained that the vet would come out to me. The vet and the veterinary nurse were really patient with me while I was trying to get my words out they carried him from my car to the room, they were so kind and respectful and so gentle with my Boris. As I left I noticed a candle was lit on the front desk. Today I received a card thru the post from the team saying sorry for your loss and some poppy seeds, I can’t thank the team enough for how kind they were and the support that they gave me. RIP my wolf

Sadly my cat Niko passed away here after a medical emergency. The team were so gentle, kind and compassionate to Niko and myself. They made an impossibly difficult situation more manageable for myself. I would like to say thank you to Raul the vet and there was a vet nurse with shorter blue her. The team at the vets saw our poorly guinea pig really quickly last night. Unfortunately he had to be put down but the vets were so kind throughout the process. Thank you for giving my daughter a bottle with his fur clipping in. It made a difficult situation just that little bit easier

I needed an emergency appointment for my dog who was in distress following an injury. My usual surgery couldn’t see her but sent me to Hillmans Brownhills, which is nearer . They saw us as soon as I got there and were so kind and caring. The vet examined my dog gently but very thoroughly and was able to diagnose the problem straight away and prescribe the medication we needed. She also explained what next steps could be if the condition doesn’t improve. I’m so grateful for the care they provided.

Great place to take your pets. We have had Manny pets offer the years and taken them to many different vets, but this one is great, They are really respectful when you're doing the sad things in pet ownership. They are great and helpful when you're getting new pets and going through all the injections. Happy to point you in directions that will save you money. I don't have any bad words to say.

Our much loved cat received excellent care from vets for pets shelfield - from the regular appointments with Pierce who tried everything possible to get him back to his usual majestic self to Sally who showed great care and compassion for both him and my mum when the time came to let him go peacefully. Our family are very grateful for all the care that Pepper received from vets for Pets Shelfield during his happy 13.5years of life. Thank you.

I cannot fault the care and compassion they had shown my boy over the years, he was receiving care there for 9 years and especially towards the end when he was getting more poorly they did absolutely everything they could to keep him comfortable and reassure us too. Even in the end they treated him with such respect till the very end. Any more pets I have will be coming here, the best vets I’ve ever used.
