I have had the pleasure of using Cramar for years. I have taken on a challenging rescued dog who has medical conditions making him less tolerant. They have been brilliant at working with me and my boy. Not once have they given up on us. Thanks Ruth, Clare and all the amazing staff at Cramar.

I can't fault Cramar Vets. I used them for my previous dog and they were superb - caring, kind and realistic. Lots cheaper than many vets and I love that they are affiliated with the cat sanctuary.

Cramar have been our vet for years and have always gone above and beyond. They've saved our cats life and shown kindness and empathy in situations where we haven't been able to help other pets.

Vets and other staff are lovely and really caring.

Thank you for helping me with Bruce when I bought him in last Monday, as he had sadly passed away at home. All the staff were very compassionate, and helped me to choose the right option (I chose an individual cremation, so I could bring him home.)

Went to this vet for the first time today. I brought my cat for health check and rabies shot for travel but despite confirming this when booking the appointment over the phone with a receptionist, actually this vet does not issue pet health certificates for travel and cannot sign pet passports either for vaccinations/health check, so I'm leaving a review here so that others don't make the same mistake I did. However, still giving five stars because once we realized they couldn't deliver the service, everyone was calling different vets in the area to get the last-minute sign-off my cat needs before travel tomorrow, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your help!

My dogs have been cared for by Pipe Hayes vets since I moved here in 2013 I was recommended by someone in the Breed who lives in Derby but has heard how good the practice is! It has met with my expectations. Stephen Pegg has been wonderful.

Always clean and friendly staff and look after my little girl and explain everything to you. Keep the fantastic work up. I would recommend anyone who loves their pets to use this vet 10 out of 10

Amazing service from everybody! Took my little Diego in today and all of the nurses and vets were so welcoming, professional and kind at the same time. I felt really reassured as It was just so obvious that all staff really knew what they were doing. We had a really lovely nurse who really took her time explaining aftercare and took time in answering all my questions. We also really appreciated the get well soon card it was a lovely touch. My first visit to White Cross with my 17 year old dog and I have to say I was so impressed!! The vet we saw was so lovely and made the experience stress free. He took the time to fuss and reassure my dog who can be very nervous. He explained everything thoroughly and was very caring. I have signed up to their Wellness Plan which is very good value . I would definitely recommend this vets practice. !!

The vets and nurses at White Cross are wonderful and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. We ended up at White Cross after our cat got into an accident and they looked after him really well. We've stayed with them ever since. Their monthly plan is also very good and comprehensive. Good value for money.

Amazing practice! Before deciding on a new vet for my cat, I researched Birmingham vets and their operators. Orchard Vets and their plans help make accessing great support for my pet accessible and not stressful. While the vets are 20 minutes away from where we live, it's worth the journey. They make it simple to understand all costs and the actual service and vets are amazing. Reception is always kind and warm and you can tell that everyone sincerely loves helping animals. I trust my pet in their hands and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.

My puppy eat rat poison. I immediately called my Vet practice by Morrisons who refused to see him unless symptoms were occur. I was told to wait 1 or 2 hours and I would see any foam coming out from his mouth, vomiting or diarrhea they would then take him as emergency. I listen to my instincts to go to Vets for Pets in Sheldon. Everyone was very friendly, took my puppy for detoxing treatment, after 1 hour they informed me that they could see a lot of poison pellets in his vomit and that I did the right thing of coming in straight away . Thank you for saving my puppy life

Amazing people really are helped me save a dog that I feel in love with when found abandoned in this condition When RSPCA shut on weekends and no dog wardens on weekends avaliable in Birmingham its down to us take sure we help 🙏 😉 thank you so much Luke

When I had to have my cat Lucky put to sleep the staff were amazing. They showed us empathy and compassion and it was handled in a very dignified manner. It was the little touches like letting me holding her as she went and the fur clippings and paw and nose prints that added to the meaningfullness. They made a very traumatic time, easier than I'd of imagined. I have another cat, Roamie who is looked after by them and that won't be changing! Thank you, to you all !

Just like to give a big thank you to all the staff who were working on the 30th March 2024. I had to book an appointment to have my boy put to sleep as he was very ill. I could hardly talk when I phoned, the receptionist was so patient with me and got me in as soon as possible. The lady that dealt with us, I didn't get her name, I was a bit oblivious to what was going on to be honest. She was so kind, helping in anyway, she even said she'd wait for my son and daughter as they wanted to be there. I've never lost a pet in this way before, so it was a new experience for me. Surprised to read some negative reviews from here. I have 3 cats that I’ve been bringing here for the last 5 years and the only negative I can think of is the odd occasion I’ve been kept waiting 10 mins for an appointment (which is nothing). Staff here are always so excellent. I believe the vet we met with today is called Bart (sorry if I misheard!) and he was so lovely, professional and calming while explaining how to treat our cat’s illness. We’ve been here countless times and never had a bad experience. It’s a 20 minute drive from our house and we have tonnes of vets closer to home but we prefer our cats to be in safe hands after having poor experiences with others vets around us. Thank you to everyone who works here for all your help over the last 5 years, we wouldn’t choose anywhere else to take our boys!

As always, Lydon Vets provided excellent service. Their vets are amazing, they never fail to thoroughly check our dog over & provide valuable advice & recommendations. A visit to the vets can be nerve racking for your pet but Lydon always go above & beyond to make both pet & owner feel at ease. Their reception staff are always friendly & extremely helpful. Would highly recommend them
