From the warm, friendly and personal greeting at reception to the incredibly professional, supportive, sensitive and kind vets. Amazing staff. Adopted my very loving lurcher in December, and she had to have dental work. They kept both me and her calm. Aftercare brilliant. Answered all my questions. I had to change my appointment. Not an issue! Highly recommended.

I have had the pleasure of using Cramar for years. I have taken on a challenging rescued dog who has medical conditions making him less tolerant. They have been brilliant at working with me and my boy. Not once have they given up on us. Thanks Ruth, Clare and all the amazing staff at Cramar.

We’ve been going to Cramar since 2016 when we adopted our beautiful cat “Patch” from a care home. Nearly a year ago, Patch was diagnosed with advanced hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, left sided congestive heart failure and high-risk for blood clot formation, which was diagnosed by Blaise Veterinary Referral Hospital. Therefore, Patch was placed on four different medications to help control his condition. For the majority of the last 12 months, Patch was doing really well, but unfortunately, over the last month, small signs of deterioration were starting to creep in. Sadly, on Tuesday, we had to make the very difficult decision to put Patch to sleep despite 4 hours in an oxygen tent and other medical intervention. The vet, nurses and receptionist were extremely compassionate and respectful to us on the day. We were given all the options available and reassured that it was the best decision for Patch’s welfare. We requested a piece of fur and were also given Patch’s paw prints. We also received a lovely sympathy card today, which is very thoughtful of them. Thanks again for everything you did for Patch. Our elderly cavalier has a heart murmur and we might have needed a scan (expensive). We had agreed to the cost but Vet Steve said she is not bad enough to need it yet and charged us NOTHING. What great ethics and care. Thank you so very much. We changed from a vet owned by VC’s to Ashfield and have not regretted it for a single moment. Wonderful animal people

What a change. I took my two girls in today for their top up jabs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Eles, the vet and Alice the other vet were a great team. And I must mention the help at the reception, it was how you want a Vets to be!

Excellent vet to our 3 cats, explain everything well and outline all the options available. The course of treatment is recommended, and expected outcomes given. Easy to get an appointment once registered, all the staff have been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't fault these guys, they really care about the cat & are happy to discuss all options.

I would like to thank Beckie the Veterinary Care Assistant for being the amazing person that she is! I registered 2 kittens with White Cross Vets and have also joined up to the Wellness plan for them both. My first visit to White Cross with my 17 year old dog and I have to say I was so impressed!! The vet we saw was so lovely and made the experience stress free. He took the time to fuss and reassure my dog who can be very nervous. He explained everything thoroughly and was very caring. I have signed up to their Wellness Plan which is very good value . I would definitely recommend this vets practice. !!

Amazing service from everybody! Took my little Diego in today and all of the nurses and vets were so welcoming, professional and kind at the same time. I felt really reassured as It was just so obvious that all staff really knew what they were doing. We had a really lovely nurse who really took her time explaining aftercare and took time in answering all my questions. We also really appreciated the get well soon card it was a lovely touch. Went to this vet for the first time today. I brought my cat for health check and rabies shot for travel but despite confirming this when booking the appointment over the phone with a receptionist, actually this vet does not issue pet health certificates for travel and cannot sign pet passports either for vaccinations/health check, so I'm leaving a review here so that others don't make the same mistake I did. However, still giving five stars because once we realized they couldn't deliver the service, everyone was calling different vets in the area to get the last-minute sign-off my cat needs before travel tomorrow, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your help!

As always, Lydon Vets provided excellent service. Their vets are amazing, they never fail to thoroughly check our dog over & provide valuable advice & recommendations. A visit to the vets can be nerve racking for your pet but Lydon always go above & beyond to make both pet & owner feel at ease. Their reception staff are always friendly & extremely helpful. Would highly recommend them
