Amazing staff. Adopted my very loving lurcher in December, and she had to have dental work. They kept both me and her calm. Aftercare brilliant. Answered all my questions. I had to change my appointment. Not an issue! Highly recommended.

We cannot speak highly enough of all of the team at Birmingham Dogs Home Ver Clinic. From the warm, friendly and personal greeting at reception to the incredibly professional, supportive, sensitive and kind vets. I recently taken my dog here and my gosh the service was amazing! The staff are so friendly and supportive. I felt very comfortable with how they looked after my fur baby! Really appreciate and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This place is absolutely 5 stars and more! Our bunny broke her jaw and our own vets could not do anything for her, someone was looking down on us when we got transferred to Manor Vets Edgbaston. Mikel her vet is an absolute genius and the kindest man we have ever met, he goes above and beyond to help and honestly we would not thank him enough! He always remained positive and nothing was too much trouble, she would not be here without him. The nurse Faye is the sweetest person, equally as compassionate and caring and helped not only with our bunny taking great care of her but made us feel so at ease, such a lovely person. The reception staff, well it’s safe to say we spent a lot of time with these ladies on our trip weekly visits for 3 months, they are kind, compassionate and just great people and we enjoyed there company! Our bunny is now all fixed because of these great people and she will be staying at this vets for any future treatment and her vaccinations, thank you guys, you really are the best x Highly highly highly recommend this vets!

Highly highly reccomend this practice for their exotic vet care for rodents from my experience. Receptionists are fantastic, very knowledgable and experienced vets, extremely transparent & offer all treatment options. My hamster unfortunately passed, and they treated me and her with such kindness even for a pet some people deem lesser, they laid her in a box ready for burial with a flower. I cannot thank this practice and their staff enough.

They saved my budgie's life! I can't say enough words how good and operative they all been! If not all the Manor staff I wouldn't have my budgie by now.. They all together did this amazing job! Massive thank you to Jack, Ben, all the nurses and receptionists! ❤️ Ringo is fully recovered after surgery and living his best life!

I just wanted to write a review after my really positive experience this morning. I am so grateful for the help of manor vets with my poorly hammy. I went there thinking id have to euthanise her and she was a bit of a lost cause only to be reassured that there was still help we could give her to make her better. The lady exotic vet (apologies I didn't get her name) was so understanding and caring towards both me and my baby hammy. She reassured me and did all she could do to make sure my hammy was comfortable. What a great vets to go to! The lady on reception was also extremely helpful and friendly with me and helped me lift the cage out and into my car. Keep doing what you're doing! There aren't many vets out there like this anymore 💕

We very recently adopted a dog from dogs trust who had developed a limp. I called and the receptionist was do friendly and managed to book us in thw next day. Our dog was collected from the car by a lovely vet who was reassuring and lovely and our dog although very nerbous, came back relaxed. Great service, great advice and very helpful. Thank you

My partner has been using this practice for around seven years, & speaks very highly of it. I recently went to pickup a prescription for one of the cat's, the lady from reception was halfway across the carpark with it before I even got out of my car ..... Thank you brilliant service.

I would like to thank Beckie the Veterinary Care Assistant for being the amazing person that she is! I registered 2 kittens with White Cross Vets and have also joined up to the Wellness plan for them both. Beckie has been incredibly helpful throughout the process and this is a quick message to say that her hardwork should be shouted about! My first visit to White Cross with my 17 year old dog and I have to say I was so impressed!! The vet we saw was so lovely and made the experience stress free. He took the time to fuss and reassure my dog who can be very nervous. He explained everything thoroughly and was very caring. I have signed up to their Wellness Plan which is very good value . I would definitely recommend this vets practice. !!

Such lovely staff . Will always help if they can . And always happy to offer advice . Over the years I’ve had a couple of hamsters / fish / and a bearded dragon I’ve bought from this shop . The animals are of a good quality and health . I’ve also purchased supplies for my cat and dog from here . It’s the only pet shop I use now as I can get everything I need in the one place

Kings Heath pet centre is by far my favourite pet shop. They have a wonderful array of products and at good prices too. Amazing staff, very friendly and offer plenty of helpful advice. We purchased a beautiful little Gerbil this weekend who has already become a much loved member of the family! The lady who helped with my enquiry was really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure our Gerbil would be well looked after. I can’t thank you guys enough for the amazing work you do for all the lovely little pets you have in store, they are very well looked after and cared for.

The best pet shop in the West Midlands by far. Staff are always incredibly helpful and kind, I will not get my pets from anywhere else. I just bought a little kakariki bird yesterday, and the ladies who have helped me out with everything have been amazing. I even had a call earlier to ask for some advice and received exemplary help & support, didn't feel rushed at all, she took her time to explain a few things about the bird and was incredibly helpful. I've got all my pets from here a dragon, hamsters, fish, and now a little kakariki, and they've all been healthy and lived long lives. I recommend this shop to everyone as I've always gone here since I was a child getting my first hamster and it has always been amazing and staff go above and beyond to help support you and your pet ❤️

The veterinarian is very gentle and soothes the puppy with a soft voice during the examination, using patient and warm hands to check its condition. She pays attention to every subtle reaction of the puppy, ensuring it doesn’t feel scared or uncomfortable. Really good👍🏻

Absolutely lovely vets and the cost is more than reasonable. I spent many days looking for a vet that could neuter my dog but within my budget. I strongly recommend these vets, they are friendly, helpful and the after care is 5*.
