Cramar have been our vet for years and have always gone above and beyond. They've saved our cats life and shown kindness and empathy in situations where we haven't been able to help other pets.

We’ve been going to Cramar since 2016 when we adopted our beautiful cat “Patch” from a care home. Nearly a year ago, Patch was diagnosed with advanced hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, left sided congestive heart failure and high-risk for blood clot formation, which was diagnosed by Blaise Veterinary Referral Hospital. Therefore, Patch was placed on four different medications to help control his condition. For the majority of the last 12 months, Patch was doing really well, but unfortunately, over the last month, small signs of deterioration were starting to creep in. Sadly, on Tuesday, we had to make the very difficult decision to put Patch to sleep despite 4 hours in an oxygen tent and other medical intervention. The vet, nurses and receptionist were extremely compassionate and respectful to us on the day. We were given all the options available and reassured that it was the best decision for Patch’s welfare. We requested a piece of fur and were also given Patch’s paw prints. We also received a lovely sympathy card today, which is very thoughtful of them. Thanks again for everything you did for Patch. The best vets for my pets! We own dog and cat and Guinea pigs. I have used Cramar vets for them all and my experience was always super positive. Very professional, knowledgable and kind people. Not only vets there, even nurses and receptionists are always super helpful. You can’t go wrong here!

I have had the pleasure of using Cramar for years. I have taken on a challenging rescued dog who has medical conditions making him less tolerant. They have been brilliant at working with me and my boy. Not once have they given up on us. Thanks Ruth, Clare and all the amazing staff at Cramar.

It's the only vet practise where my cat hasn't thrown a hissy fit and peed on everyone. They let us enter the examination room too, this has helped a lot as our chap gets very anxious when we're not there during what I can only imagine he views as torture in the form of a health checkup.

We had to take our 50kg boy to the team today as an emergency, losing blood and he was terrified. We can honestly say the whole team from start to finish were incredible, so patient with him and very informative. Happy to have such a great vet. Thank you all so much for making an extremely stressful experience so much more comfortable x

We took our dog to the lodge to be put to sleep as she was very poorly. The staff were very lovely. Gave us some alone time with our wonderful fur baby. The staff were amazing in comforting us at a very sad time. They cut us some of her fur for us to take away. We received a beautiful card of them saying they are thinking of us all at this very sad time. Thank you all so much for you caring and friendly support ❤️

I just wanted to write a review after my really positive experience this morning. I am so grateful for the help of manor vets with my poorly hammy. I went there thinking id have to euthanise her and she was a bit of a lost cause only to be reassured that there was still help we could give her to make her better. Mal Q the exotic was so understanding and caring towards both me and my baby hammy. She reassured me and did all she could do to make sure my hammy was comfortable. She really is an asset to manor vets!! What a great vets to go to! The lady on reception was also extremely helpful and friendly with me and helped me lift the cage out and into my car. Keep doing what you're doing! There aren't many vets out there like this anymore 💕

This place is absolutely 5 stars and more! Our bunny broke her jaw and our own vets could not do anything for her, someone was looking down on us when we got transferred to Manor Vets Edgbaston. Mikel her vet is an absolute genius and the kindest man we have ever met, he goes above and beyond to help and honestly we would not thank him enough! He always remained positive and nothing was too much trouble, she would not be here without him. The nurse Faye is the sweetest person, equally as compassionate and caring and helped not only with our bunny taking great care of her but made us feel so at ease, such a lovely person. The reception staff, well it’s safe to say we spent a lot of time with these ladies on our trip weekly visits for 3 months, they are kind, compassionate and just great people and we enjoyed there company! Our bunny is now all fixed because of these great people and she will be staying at this vets for any future treatment and her vaccinations, thank you guys, you really are the best x Highly highly highly recommend this vets!

They saved my budgie's life! I can't say enough words how good and operative they all been! If not all the Manor staff I wouldn't have my budgie by now.. They all together did this amazing job! Massive thank you to Jack, Ben, all the nurses and receptionists! ❤️ Ringo is fully recovered after surgery and living his best life!

Highly highly reccomend this practice for their exotic vet care for rodents from my experience. Receptionists are fantastic, very knowledgable and experienced vets, extremely transparent & offer all treatment options. My hamster unfortunately passed, and they treated me and her with such kindness even for a pet some people deem lesser, they laid her in a box ready for burial with a flower. I cannot thank this practice and their staff enough.

Blaise vets ,used in an emergency in the early hours of the morning. Great surgery and nice staff,kept me informed of what was happening or going to happen. Excellent service. But wow just wow before you see the vet you are told it's over £300 pound. Excessive amount to have to pay. But I couldn't leave my pet in pain, but that cost would I am sure put other people off from taking there animals,there for emergency.

Had to take our cat Brian as an emergency to Blaise as he had licked a caustic substance and burnt his mouth he couldn’t eat or drink and was in pain, the care he received was faultless would highly recommend, kept up to date at all times by vet Lucy who was excellent and Thankyou to Taylor the nurse for showing us how to look after Brian at home till he was fully recovered

Absoloutly amazing staff from the vets to the nurses to the receptionists. Saw my pet in our of hours and again for over night care after surgery and can't thank them enough for the love and care they gave my dog pumpkin and the compassion they showed to me also, very thorough and kept me informed on everything they were doing and very happy to update me when I called in the night to check on her. Can't recommend nor thank them enough. I knew she was in safe hands.

Took my two rescue kittens. the vet was absolutely brilliant with lilly and ruby my brother recommended fivelands as used with Digby his cat. First consultation was really smooth and made the kittens relaxed as very nervous .recommended their pet plan with no obligation which I took them up on really recommended fivelands great service

My first visit to White Cross with my 17 year old dog and I have to say I was so impressed!! The vet we saw was so lovely and made the experience stress free. He took the time to fuss and reassure my dog who can be very nervous. He explained everything thoroughly and was very caring. I have signed up to their Wellness Plan which is very good value . I would definitely recommend this vets practice. !!

I can't recommend southcrest vets enough! Each time I've called regardless of time and situation I've always been met with a kind and patient reception team. Dr Jess has been an absolute dream caring for our cat, Pebbles. Recently when it came time to say goodbye she treated pebbles with such kindness and respect. Not only that Dr Jess took the time to think about us and made sure we were okay. All the ladies on reception comforted us and we never felt embarrassed or unable to express our feelings whilst going through a very tough time. I can't thank you all enough for all you do. I would also like to thank Dr Adam who cares for our cockatiel when she comes for appointments and again Dr Jess for looking after our hamster. Wonderful team to whom we are so very grateful.

Honestly, probably one of the best small animal vets ive ever used? ! Most lovely, friendly and knowledgeable staff, that goes right from reception/vet nurses, to the vets! Instead of money grabbing, amd seeing what they can get out of you (an issue ive had with others previously , i wont mention names, theyre not worth it) these guys seem to care about getting your pets healthy and pain free, fixing issues, and give advice about preventing further problems.. and, if youre a just a normal person, on a standard income, ive had them known to offer a the option of other products/medications (in times, when there IS a suitable alternative, at a more affordable price!) And, also , we once had an emergency, and a very sad day, when our rat wasnt going to make it, and needed pts..(not their fault, btw) they were so sweet, and even let me pay a little later, as i was so upset! Theyre a conscientious vet practice, and one of few, still independently owned! (Grab on to them and hold on, they are a dying breed!) Personal and individual care here! Had a routine appointment today for a cat pedicure . We were seen at short notice . Our cat has deformed paws and is very stressed out by this procedure. Hannah the nurse looked after our cat amazingly. She was reassuring gentle and as a result our cat has had his claws trimmed . no one has every managed this before . Thank you for looking after us . I have two boisterous Labradors who love going to Southcrest they get really excited to visit which I think says a lot about how the vets and other staff treat the animals! Let’s face it they never go to the vets for anything nice in my pairs cases it is always injections or an op. That said I do feel the vets don’t do procedures for the sake of it, they recently saw one of ours for a deep cut on their leg I thought might need stitches but they advised just bathing it regularly and it healed on its own.

My cat keep vomiting for 3 days at least 10 times we had no choice but call the vet , luckily got a place at once. the vet exam him in details and he is fine , lovely staff and very clean everywhere. Will stick with this vet for sure .

Claude does not like travelling and usually leaves a smelly present in his cat box by the time I get to the vets which is about ten minuets away. The practice are really good of cleaning Claude up before he goes into see the vet. Claude is always relax when he is on the vets table and loves to be pampered.

Our elderly cat was a patient of AK Duncan for 18 months after we adopted her. She suffered from both thyroid issues and kidney failiure which meant she required regular vet visits and blood tests. Hannah was our primary vet and although our cat was an angry and difficult patient at times, she was always treated with gentle care and patience. Hannah did everything she could to provide options and care to prolong her life, comfortably and informed us of all options. Sadly we had to say goodbye to her a few weeks ago and again, although incredibly painful, Hannah went above and beyond to make it as comfortable and as dignified as possible. It was clear that she was invested in our family and our situation which was a huge comfort.
