It's the only vet practise where my cat hasn't thrown a hissy fit and peed on everyone. They let us enter the examination room too, this has helped a lot as our chap gets very anxious when we're not there during what I can only imagine he views as torture in the form of a health checkup.
Our rusty passed away at home and they were so brilliant and supportive they kept him till they picked him up to cremate him no cost and were lovely
