Been using MGR for about 12 years, after seeing their reviews were head and shoulders above the next best independent garage in the area. Always courteous, efficient and quick. Good prices, great work. Servicing, repairs, MOTs for all car makes. Knew Rob from when he was an MOT tester at another local garage.

Impressed from the beautiful lady at the reception who booked my car in for repair as the coolant was leaking, previously took elsewhere and they couldn’t figure where they leakage was from. Got this sorted with J.T. motors same day and reasonable price. Big thanks to reception lady who still went extra mile to make sure I got my car same day. Was en route from London to Herefordshire when I realised I was losing oil. I rang around some local garages and, despite having cars on all their ramps, Lodge Hill Autos found a way to fit me in, identify and fix the problem and charge me a very reasonable fee… all within a couple of hours from my call, on a busy Friday afternoon. And really friendly and helpful too. If I lived nearby, I’d use these guys for every repair and MOT. But as I don’t, I hope a nice review will do!

I recently had my car repaired at West Heath Garage after being concerned about my previous garage's integrity, which advised my to try to sell my faulty car, withholding to the potential buyer that it needed an expensive repair soon. I was very happy with West Heath Garage. They were friendly and professinal. They put real effort into successfully reducing the cost of the pricey replacement part. When I asked them to add a small unrelated job, they agreed without problems and later told me that there was just a lose connection which sorted the probelm and didn't charge. So I'm very pleased with the integrity there! The overall bill for diagnosis, admin for sourcing a reasonably priced spare part, and labour for the actual repair was very reasonable. I definitely will be going back there (just hope not too soon!)!

Took my car here after I had been to another garage 3 times to get a oil leak sorted and £600 later still had leak theses guys were amazing and looked at my car and found oil filter was loose and bolts on sump loose sorted all for me at low cost would highly recommend to anyone that asked for a trustworthy garage

Very happy indeed with excellent, friendly and reasonably priced service. Booked in for new front and back brake pads as told by another mechanic. And was told only front ones needed changing, so super honest and trustworthy too. Recommended!

I took my car for an MOT this morning. It did fail (which was expected) they repaired the issue that day and I had my car back by 2pm. I paid less than expected and the service is great. Very nice people too. Would highly recommend. I will be directing friends & family to Venture in future.

The body repair shop Got recommended and was not disappointed, like a previous reviewer had to wait to get in as he's is very busy, which in my opinion say it all. Had quotes from various places and his was very competitive and cheaper than most, most wanted my car for 3-5 days but was done in one day, made me think will it be any good, as you would. I am thoroughly thrilled with the quality of the bodywork repair and respray on my car. Not only was is a cheaper quote than others but the turn around was much quicker. I had to wait a few weeks to get my car seen to, due to the high demand of this skilled professional, but it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend.

Got let down by my local garage in Coventry twice to change a clutch and timing belt with water pump. I work in Longbridge and seen one of Robs posters, got a very competitive quote from Rob within 20 mins. Seen all his good reviews and went with him. So glad i did, this will be my new garage from now on.

I have taken my ford transit custom van to Rob for a service. He fitted it in really quick and kept me updated as to when he was starting the service also that it was going to cost £10 more due to the special oil it needs. He then notified me when it was ready for me to pick up. When I arrived to pick my van up Rob let me know what parts that could do with replacing in the near future and gave me quote on the work. A couple of months later I booked it back in to have the work done. Rob was very accommodating and worked around my schedule. Had the work done and am very happy with what has been done. I would recommend Robs Auto Repairs to anyone and I will be using them for my MOT in August. Thanks Rob!!

Thanks rob for doing my clutch, dropped my car off 8.30am done by the afternoon, was really impressed how quick it was and I’ve got a proper clutch now 👍,may 2025 I was warned that I needed a new clutch cable but of course it snapped, idiot me🥴 had to have it lifted to Rob’s auto, next day it was done 🤗rob can’t thank you enough it’s like a new car now 🚙👍10/10

Was looking for local garages came across robs autos read reviews thought I’d pop along as he’s local what a charming young man trying get along with he’s business we discussed what was wrong with car he said leave it with him for a hour diagnosed what was wrong head gasket rocker cover gasket plus did say best change water pump cam belt he’s done other jobs needed doing here’s pictures wouldn’t release car until was all ok will be using again best of luck rob with your business

Exerlant garrarrage very good at there job very and fare prices and very good that all jobs I've ever had done with never a complaint from my self five star 1st class treatment from very hard working bunch.
