I booked my car in for a service and an MOT with Ash and I seriously cannot fault the service from start to finish! Absolutely stellar!! Ash called me the day before to confirm what time my car would be picked up and he was true to his word and arrived on time to collect it. Once he had called to confirm my car had passed, he also sent me photos showing me what he had replaced during the service and returned my car within the specified time. I have already recommended Ash's services to 2 other people I know! I will definitely be using his services again! Thank you for a 5 star trustworthy service!

5* Customer Journey. My Toyota had a major MOT fail, at a different garage, due to suspension and brake related faults. Reached out to AAR and was given a fair quote and work was done to a high quality with photographic evidence provided detailing all the work carried out. Good communication and repaired in a timely manner.

Had an MOT, full service and break discs/pads replaced at the end of November. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Ash kept us informed and explained everything very clearly, and sent pictures via text/WhatsApp of the progress. Car felt like it was running a lot more responsive afterwards, and dashboard service light was all reset and cleared as well. Would not hesitate to use again for the next MOT / service. Recommended years ago by a friend and I haven't been anywhere else since. These guy's are incredibly helpful, they always manage to fit my car in whenever I need it fixing and always do so at a very reasonable price. The friendliness of the staff is always so welcoming. Best car garage Oldbury, no issues at all. I worried about my clutch and brake pads as was on the way out, Russ however made everything so seamless and reassured me that if anything was wrong going forward he would sort it regardless so full trust that my car is being looked after. I had my bmw 3 series steering rack replaced by them, took around ten days to locate the part and fit it. It was a difficult job but it got sorted by them professionally and is now all good. They even changed my dipped beam headlight for me for free before I drove it home. Overall great friendly professional service, happy and would recommend. It’s very difficult to trust a garage but I’ll be bringing my car here from now on.

Been having a strange creaking knock on my car, initially thought it was passenger side suspension related so have had the whole passenger side setup replaced somewhere else. The same garage couldn't find anything else. Booked it in with Steve and his mechanic Gabbi took a drive and then within 20 minutes the car was fixed, and no parts needed. I initially doubted that it would be fixed on the basis everything else was checked elsewhere before, but boy was I wrong. Literally the chap went round and correctly torqued everything for about 20 mins and took it for a drive, came back and said its fixed. I didn't believe it so went for a test drive with him, OH MY GOD, the car is totally silent now and it feels stiffer. I was actually trying to force the car to make the same creak. I've known Steve for years and he is well regarded across online platforms. He won't rip you off but you have to wait for him as he is absolutely stacked. Thank you Steve and your team.

Got my Passat fixed there earlier today, they needed to order a part which came very quickly (Within a couple hours) and kept me informed of what they were doing. Very reasonable price for the work done (fixed some seals around lights for me too). I'm a new driver, its my first car and only had it a couple of weeks, great to know a reliable, genuine garage is so close.
