Excellent service, prompt and delivered as promised. The staff were courteous and very helpful throughout and I was very pleased.

Booked in for a service sometime ago. Received a call to remind me the day before. On arrival the 2 receptionists were very friendly, gave me a breakfast bag and showed me to a seat. Less than 5 minutes later I was called over, details checked and keys handed over - very quick process. Rcvd health check video couple of hours later, which is very helpful- and a call from Poppy to check I’d received it and confirm no issues were found. Car was ready to collect by 3pm - again collection process was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

In general fine for a first service . Some confusion over times however . I booked a 10.00am -2.00pm slot however the day before the service was due i was contacted by the dealership and they advised me the slot was 08.00am -1.00pm. After we discussed this it was acknowledged that the booking was indeed 10.00-2.00pm however upon arrival at reception they again stated that they had been expecting me at 08.00am despite the resolution agreed on the call the say before . So perhaps its a case of staff members not talking to one another or systems not being updated accurately

A proper garage with really skilled mechanics who know what they're doing. I've used them several times and have recommended them to many friends who are as equally delighted with the service they've received as I am. They are really helpful and totally professional. I purchased my first Jaguar from Concours Motor Co. It was immaculate to start with being a Japanese import and well priced. Andy and his team know what they’re talking about and were fantastic from first enquiry right the way through to handover. The car was prepared perfectly and made sure that any wear and tear items that needed sorting were resolved before delivery. I had the car for a week and there was a slight knock coming from the suspension but without any hesitation Andy and team solved the issue with no hesitation. Absolutely the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had from any branded or independent dealer. Absolutely loving my new XJ! Thank you.

Was a little worried as there was some tricky work I needed done - I had just bought my car and was genuinely nervous something might go wrong, scratches/scuffs etc. The service I received was 10/10 A1!! Josh kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process, was able to get my vehicle in earlier than anticipated and completed the work (without a single problem) quicker than he originally stated. I have been coming here for many years now. I have had no problems, I really have nothing to moan about. They put customers first, you are their number 1 priority and not only do they care about their customers but they also have respect for women. Their prices are reasonable and there is no hidden charges, you get a phone call if they find a new fault with the car and ensure you have okayed them to go ahead and work on those faults. The manager/owner is always available and on site. They have a big waiting room with comfy sofas. They have CCTV all over so as a customer I know my car is safe. If I was to moan and be a little nippy then it would be maybe they need more staff in the reception area but that’s isn’t necessary. That’s all folks.

I was recommended this place by someone who told me the owners of Red Line are very honest and trustworthy and always give excellent service. It’s very hard finding good mechanics so yesterday the first time I visited I immediately found they were very polite and very respectful, paid attention to me even with being busy, that I forgot all about my car. I can’t remember the brothers name but he kept me updated all throughout. Someone you know you can trust and I will definitely keep going back, have a customer for life.

Best garage around by an absolute mile! I have been coming here for at least the last 5-6 years and always found it very fairly priced with brilliant customer service. This place seems to embody really decent values and they take the time to properly look into things. They seem really honest and do not seem focused on profiteering to take advantage of customers, which I have felt several times when using larger chain garages in the local area. They recently helped with a manufacturing defect and did not take advantage of the fact I desperately needed the car to get to work to overcharge me, they only charged me very small reasonable amounts to get to the bottom of the issue. Staff are friendly and helpful, place has an old-fashioned quality first approach feel to it. Will use again for services and MOTs.

MOT with them last year, passed after three bulbs were replaced £14 and passed again today with no additional costs. Wear a big jumper if you are waiting but they have comfy sofas and very clean toilets! Normal, nice mechanics too 😚

I had the MOT done at this garage for the first time and I will say that their premises and waiting area was spot for customers who wait at the garage. They seem to have a good customer base as they seemed busy which is always a good sign from my perpective. I would 100% recommend GS Autos and the manager who was very approachable as well.

I started using Dorridge Autos after being fed up with being ripped of by major garages and having to wait weeks for an appointment. What a find!!!!. Extremely pleasant service, extremely efficient service. I have total confidence it their workmanship and am delighted with the amounts charged. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

First time going here for my MOT and can say they are the best garage I have dealt with! Didn’t have to chase them like I have had to do with other garages in the past. They called me to let me know things that needed doing and told me the price straight away (price was the same as what they had told me so no surprises when it came to paying!) Really friendly staff and great service. Will 100% be going here in the future if needed.

This man should be classed as a national treasure. He is by far the most honest, most knowledgeable and most experienced mechanic I have ever come across. No one wanted to touch my Mustang 2013 5.0 due to the complexity of the gear and other issues. He restored my gear and car back to new and way undercharged me. He is a saint and I would not trust anyone else with my car.

Ken is truly a national treasure (as another review described). He is patient, polite and very knowledgeable. Quoted at a very competitive price for my mercedes e class 7 speed auto transmission rebuild, Ken has vast amount of knowledge on auto transmission, and talked with me with great passion, clearly he loves what he is doing. The car drives very smoothly now given it has done 160k miles, it's more smooth than at 50k miles. Highly recommend

Great guy, very helpful. I have been to him a few times now, first couple he was able to do no problem when others said it would be too difficult. With the latest issue, unfortunately he couldn't fix it, but instead he gave me numbers for people to sort it. Went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car sorted.

Diamond grade honesty. Great customer service is hard to find but Prospect Solihull just set a new benchmark for others to aspire to. 17k miles ago a Mercedes dealership told me that my front and rear discs were ‘at the [wear] limit’. I booked the car into Prospect Solihull based upon my experience of their high-quality work and fair pricing. 30 minutes after booking the car in the Technician working on the vehicle informed me that the discs and pads did not need replacing; “bring it back when they do and we’ll sort it for you”. It would have been so easy to fit the parts they’d sourced to the vehicle that was taking up space in the workshop – but no they did the decent thing. In addition Andy the owner tells some entertaining and very informative stories about life in the world of Mercedes Benz.

I can not rate these guys highly enough . Many of us customers struggle to find a good mechanic or garage . I have a Mercedes and the main dealer around the corner from these guys does not have a patch on these guys . Honest reliable and do not rip you off for the sake of it . I’ve had nothing but a brilliant service from them 10/10
