Zuf Dental Care is such a lovely clinic with a warm, welcoming vibe. I had the chance to do two days of work experience there as a student, and it was amazing. Mahnoor, one of the staff, was especially helpful—she guided me throughout the day, explained everything in detail, and was so patient with all my questions. The entire team was supportive, and I got to see a variety of procedures, which gave me great insight. Brilliant clinic and really recommend this place to anyone wanting any sort of dental treatment.

I had the chance to do work experience here and honestly, it was such a great opportunity! The team was super welcoming and always happy to explain things. Clinic is truly impressive! It’s more like a stylish lounge than a dental office. Staff is incredibly welcoming and the dentist is patient and thorough, not only focusing on the treatment but also giving great advice on overall dental care without rushing through the appointment.

Max and his team are so friendly & professional. I'm quite nervous of dental appointments but Max always puts you at ease and has been our dentist for quite a while. Would highly recommend Max and wish him every success in his new practice.

Had my first visit to this new dental practice today and was very impressed. The clinic has a really nice, luxurious feel to it and the receptionist was lovely. The dentist, Max, was very thorough and talked me through every part of the examination which helped me feel comfortable. I usually dislike dental appointments but this one was enjoyable, thank you!

I was impressed by the thoroughness of treatment and the ability to see scan and x-ray results on screen. The staff were very friendly and the equipment and surroundings very modern. The only down side was the shortage of suitable parking. There was also broken glass on the pavement close by and although the surgery cannot be blamed for that, it did not give a good impression or give confidence about leaving my car.

The service from Max and the full team was fantastic. I booked an appointment at short notice the day before a holiday, extremely stressed as I had an issue with a root filled tooth. Max explained the options and possible longer-term plans depending on the outcome of the treatment, helping to put my mind at ease knowing there was plan for each eventuality. Max was great and provided a solution that day to allow me to go away and complete the treatment when I returned. It was such a relief to find a practice that truly cares about their patients! I had to have a tongue biopsy a month ago. I can only say that everybody was so professional, kind and put my mind at ease. The reception staff were very understanding and accommodating when I needed extra advice. Particularly like to mention Kelley, she phoned me practically twice a week for three weeks to make sure all was going well. From a customer service perspective she was brilliant. Widney is a very good practice, I would not hesitate to go back.

I was referred by my own dentist to see Dr Mohammed Binamin at Widney Dental due to his qualifications and the complexity of the extraction that I needed. I had just gone through a bad experience with the tooth/gum infection and was also worried about having the tooth removed. I felt like I was going to faint in the chair after I initially had the numbing injections before the procedure but he made sure I had what I needed and got me comfortable and was in no rush to proceed. The actual removal of the tooth was quick & I didn’t even realise he had actually removed it. His professionalism & experience was first class and completely put me at ease. Thank you again Dr Binamin.

Superb experience at Widney Dental Care. My dentist had recommended them for an awkward extraction, and I turned up petrified and quaking to meet Dr Amelia Reed. She was utterly delightful.... immediately put me at ease & I felt very safe in her obviously skilled & experienced hands. Whilst the extraction was not joyous, it was relatively brief & helped along with Bach Piano Concertos on my iPod. Amelia was brilliant and gave great clear advice & tips for after care. I felt that nothing was too much trouble & reception staff were also very efficient kind and courteous. I can't recommend more highly!

Honestly I hate anything to do with needles but that was an absolutely amazing experience !! I had an extra tooth growing behind the row of my bottom teeth. I needed it out and have been putting it off for years because I hate the thought of needles. But can I just say Dr Mohammed Binamin was fantastic. He was so patient and such a calming presence. I really did not know what to expect for my first time with this dentist but it was better than I could have imagined. I was so scared but he was so patient and understanding and I didn’t feel judged or put off at all! Thank you so much for such a great experienced. I come back consistently and even book additional appointments due to his promising service. Definitely recommend him and Dr Shabneez, who is also amazing! Very kind and friendly whenever I see her and demonstrates profound expertise and knowledge. Highly recommend this dental clinic!

This is the one of the best and most professional providers of dental care that I have ever attended to. Claire is an extremely talented dentist and always strives for the best care, looking at all details, taking dentistry to another level. He is knowledgeable, gentle, and always made me feel at ease with his friendly demeanor. His attention to detail and commitment to oral health are unmatched. Having been with the practice for many years I was nervous of the new dentist when Mr Luckhurst retired but they are lovely. Very professional and kind. Had a check up and little filling recently and it was painless until paying the bill. The prices seem to have gone up quite a bit but I will still go because they are so good. I travel a 70 mile round trip to attend this practice but it's worth it. Balvir has a real pride in his work and takes great care to achieve the best outcome. The hygienist is the first one that hasn't put me through sensitive pain, using their special cleaning process for sensitive teeth. The staff are all so kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient with this practice for a very long time. I have seen many changes to.the structure of the building and to the personnel. However, I have always been impressed by the quality of the service and the professionalism of the staff. You are made to feel welcome and important from the start to the end of your appointment. Today I had to make an appointment as I have an abcess on my gum. My regular dentist was unavailable but the dentist I did see was excellent. Once the problem was quickly identified treatment was organised plus the dentist took the time to explain my choices for future treatment. As I left the practice I felt happy with my experience and confident about the treatment to come. I recommend this practice very highly.

I am a very anxious person when it comes to dentists and treatments, however, after suffering with a lot of pain from an old failed root canal for a few days Dove House was the only Surgery/Dentist who would fit me in to sort it. Today I had my tooth extraction, Mohinderpal Sandha thank you so much for putting me at ease, I did not feel any pain and was made to feel super comfortable, you let me take my time getting ready for the procedure. The premises are clean and pleasant and the staff are very friendly and nice Bal is very professional and takes the time to reassure me as he’s aware I’m a nervous patient. He does a very thorough examination and is honest if treatment is required. However he give options or suggests time frames so I don’t feel any pressure or hard sell. I have attended this practice since I was a child and despite living 35 minutes away still make the trip 20 years later. Samantha is great at what she does, professional yet puts you at ease. The care given is worth the price and I have never been overcharged or given unnecessary treatments. Highly recommended.

I rang with a possible root canal infection. Samantha fitted me in within 24hrs. She confirmed the diagnosis and proceeded with the treatment at the same appointment. She is warm and caring. I cannot thank her and her staff enough for the excellent treatment I received.

I came to Solihull Dental Practice looking for a solution to two gaps where canine teeth have been missing for a long time. Dr Nadeem was absolutely brilliant. He found a work around a tooth that wasn’t straight (which other dentists just weren’t able to work with) and fitted two new bridges. Dr Nadeem, is the most professional and caring dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. Dr Nadeem and Lynn put you at ease instantly, and their sense of humour is second to none. I was really pleased after my visit here. The team were really friendly and took care of me. I'm not registered as a patient here but was able to get an appointment to get my fixed wire looked at. Sarah took a look, diagnosed the issue and fixed it there and then with no fuss at all. Sara talked me through the process, was super informative, and gave me the confidence that I was being looked after and that they're not just in it for the money - they're in it to look after you. I'd definitely recommend. You don't see customer service like this much.
