Excellent, professional, great customer service. I am having full mouth all on 4 dental implants. After losing a top front tooth and an upcoming wedding to attend to, they have bent over backwards to complete my uppers in good time for the wedding to which I am truly grateful. Surgery was swift and painless, fortunately I have no bruising and very minimal swelling which has now gone completely (day 3).

Really brilliant experience with Appletree. Was referred to Mr Williams their specialist for a re-root canal. Both treatments were calm and pain free, no issues or problems! Staff are lovely and facility is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend!

I am not a brave person at the dentist , but my Dentist Shamir Dalsania had to re crown my front tooth. He was so kind and gentle making the process I was dreading more bearable. I am writing this review for my husband Phil. He was in great pain with tooth infection seen promptly and given diagnosis. Unfortunately he needed a root canal filling which he had today 15.10.24 carried out by Dr Shamir Dalsania. He thoroughly explained procedure, very little pain, he really looked after me. I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

Have been very uncomfortable at dentists all my life with several bad experiences. Had a snapped tooth that quickly got infected. Called Laurel House, got an appointment the next day and within an hour of entering the practice I’m leaving with a lovely capped tooth and no pain. Dental wizards. In regards to pricing as far as private dentists go they are so reasonably priced. You really get first class service without paying extortionate prices. I’m not normally one for leaving reviews but I am that impressed I felt compelled to do so. If you don’t like dentists or have had bad previous experiences give these guys a call. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have had regular check ups, hygienist treatment, veneers, fillings and one wisdom tooth extraction, over the course of many years I might add! Stuart and team are indeed caring, patient, gentle, careful, friendly and very professional.The quality of service is very high in my view considering that the cost of this service is reasonable. An excellent practice with a gentle, caring approach coupled with considerable expertise. All staff members are courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately I was recently transferred to the Southbank Sedation and Implant Centre, due to my regular dentist being on sick leave. The Southbank Centre could learn some valuable lessons from Laurel practice, particularly those associated with respect, communication and empathy. Thank goodness I am now back under the care of Laurel.

From Dread to Delight: I Wish I Had Done This Sooner! I can't believe I waited so long to get my crown done! My experience with Alpha House Dentist was amazing from start to finish. Over the weekend, my front tooth filling fell out, and I was honestly quite traumatized by the sight of what was left visible. I dreaded having any treatment because I was sure it would be a gruesome experience, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I called them first thing Monday morning, and they managed to squeeze me in, which was a huge relief. The team even stayed late to make sure I didn’t have to walk around looking unsightly, fitting me with a temporary crown while my permanent one was being made. To my surprise, the whole process was completely painless and went so smoothly—I didn’t feel a thing! On top of that, the temporary crown looks a million times better than my original tooth! I really wish I had done this years ago. If you’ve been putting off dental work because you’re worried it might be uncomfortable or scary, don’t wait. I can’t recommend the team at Alpha House Dentist enough. They gave me my confidence back, I can show my teeth now, and I’m so happy with the result!

This was my first visit to Alpha House. I’m a very anxious patient, but Mr Hussain and Katie were very kind, and patient. The practice itself is very attractive, and welcoming, as are the reception team, and the treatment room looks out onto a garden. I felt more relaxed than I’ve ever felt at the dentist. I had an extraction, and it was completed before I even knew it had started! Hopefully I won’t be as nervous on my next visit. Thank you so much.

Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.
