I went to Eastgate dental practice 2 years ago to see what route would be best to take to help straighten my teeth. I was then introduced to Dr Aman and nurse Amber who were very welcoming and professional. They recommended that I have a brace fitted, and talked me through the whole process from fitting, check ups and cost. I proceeded to having it done and every month went back for a check up and tighten up until they were both happy that my teeth were completely straight and ready to remove my brace. I was given a full hygiene clean and opted to have Enlighten whitening to fully embrace my new look. Again this was done with Aman and Ambers guidance and was well worth the time it has taken to get to where I am now.

Visited COCO Dental Practice today and I was so impressed by the improvements made to the surgery, Every member of staff were first class. I was treated efficiently and effectively, with respect, dignity and humour. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure my safety on leaving the practice too.

Receptionists warm and friendly and welcome you on arrival. My Dentist Yasmin and her support assistant were fantastic doing fillings that took quite sometime. Yasmin spoke to me through the dentistry treatment and as a bonus some of her singing!

Dr Aman and Amber are amazing and very professional.. I had braces to straighten my teeth. The whole process took just 9 months and I am so happy with the results. You learn more when things don't go to plan and a few times my brackets fell off or broke. I could email and they would fit me in asap to fix the problem. For the amount of hours of professional time you have throughout the process, makes the prices very reasonable. My only suggestion is to make the teeth whitening thats offered at the end of the treatment discounted for your clients. Have recommended to friends and family. The wife has already booked up!

Had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Waqas Sikander. I was nervous but Monica, the dental nurse, calmed me down with her kind demeanour. The procedure was surprisingly smooth and painless. I’m very pleased with the care I received.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Sikander for years, and I can’t say enough good things about him and Monica. Whether it’s a simple cleaning, a filling or more complex procedures like crowns or bridges, Dr. Sikander handles it all with the highest level of professionalism and care. Monica always makes us feel welcome and at ease, especially my kids who used to be scared of dental visits. Dr. Sikander’s attention to detail and patient-centered approach are unmatched and we trust him completely with our dental health.

I have been going to Dr Sikander for the past 8 months - I’ve had several silver fillings changed to white ones, a root canal and a crown done with him. He is always so helpful and gets me in last minute. I’m not the easiest patient with my busy schedule but he always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive my treatment on time. The root canal was probably the scariest thing I’ve had done but I felt no pain during the procedure and the tooth has given me no pain whatsoever since! The crown looks amazing too, I’m so happy with it. Thank you for all your hard work over the last 8 months (and for always putting up with me and the kids)

I had a dental filling done by Dr. Waqas Sikander on 9th August 2024, and I’m genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Monica, the dental nurse, made me feel at ease with her warm and friendly manner. Dr. Sikander was incredibly professional and skillful, explaining each step of the procedure in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the process, both Dr. Sikander and Monica ensured I was comfortable and reassured. The filling itself was done with such care and precision that I left the clinic feeling confident in the quality of the work. Her understanding and expertise have completely transformed my dental experience. I also want to give a special mention to Tara at reception. She is amazing—always so kind, friendly, and helpful. From answering questions to making appointments and even helping my twice with panic attacks (once on the phone and once in person) her warmth and efficiency truly make a difference and help ease my anxieties. I have honestly gone from being a patient who needed a prep-visit before appointments and a chaperone to being able to go in alone to have work done. That is something I never thought would ever happen and is directly connected to the team. I’ve visited three of their surgeries, and this one is by far the best. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and supportive environment. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially for anyone who feels nervous about dental visits. They’ve set a new standard for care and professionalism!

I spoke to a wonderful receptionist named Sue today who was very friendly and helpful. I asked her to pass on how wonderful another receptionist named Tara was, along with my dentist Victoria and her assistant Kim. I was a little nervous about my appointment as I have neglected my teeth, but all 3 of these wonderful people made me feel at ease and comfortable. Victoria assured me that everything will be fine and genuinely cares, she was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this practice, full with fantastic, caring, wonderful and highly professional staff here. I have been a patient at Oradent for many years, all of the dentists are lovely and make you feel at ease as do the receptionists, all with a smile on their face's. I had to have two teeth removed at the front and have a new plate fitted, i was nervous and Kira explained everything and this made me feel at ease. The new plate with straight teeth and a colour match are excellent, for once i feel as though i can smile again and that is priceless.

Nandita has been my Dentist for over 10 years now. With her knowledge in her field, kind and gentle nature, I honestly can't recommend her enough! I have been rather naughty of late and not booked my routine Dental Check Up's. A tooth suddenly started to feel strange which prompted me to book an appointment. The lovely receptionist Tara was so helpful and able to book me an appointment the same week I called. I was feeling so anxious as I knew it had been almost 2 years since my last check up with her and of the potential problems that could have been detected/avoided sooner! Nandita put me at ease straight away, as she always does and we discussed my concerns. She thoroughly explained her findings to me including showing me an intra oral picture of the tooth I was worried about and showing me the routine xrays that were needed. On this occasion I was very lucky and no further treatment needed except a visit with the hygienist which I knew was well overdue too. I just got so busy with life that I ended up neglecting myself which could have resulted in a different story. Thank you so much again Nandita, Nurse Kim and Tara for looking after me and I will see you again in 6 months 😊

I had a perfect experience at the GM dental and implant centre, I called a night before for a emergency appointment to fix my veneer and they helped with minutes to see me in the next day, at the day was all perfect as they helped to fixed it for a very reasonable price and I had to me to mention about how lovely and helpful Angela the recepcionist was. So far I’m absolutely happy with everything.

I have a fear of going to the dentist but I can honestly say I have never felt so happy to have found GM dental and implant centre. They made me relax for the first time ever in going into a dentist's. The lady I saw today was welcoming and totally put me at ease, she listened to my fears and never once made me feel silly. Everything was explained in great detail and I am so glad I went and I will be staying with them.

I’ve never been very good with Dentists, but after 5/10 minutes, I felt almost completely at ease. The ladies I had at the desk and in the patient room with me, have a cracking sense of humour, and they definitely seem like my kind of people. They were very welcoming, and in a lovely, calm environment too. Safe to say, I definitely will be returning and I will be highly recommending these guys to anyone looking to get their smile back or even just a routine check up🫶🏻

Well what a wonderful service I have received from this Dental Practice. Rik was so empathetic and caring from the first day I met him. My complex bone grafts and implants were perhaps very challenging. But i5 did not phase Rik, as he is a perfectionist in his own right. Absolutely fantastic team from receptionists to nurses and the after care was wonderful too. For me it has been an honour and a privilege to have found my perfect Dentist, who now is giving me back my perfect smile ☺ Thank you all so much for helping me through my difficult and complex needs. My partner and I have had an amazing experience with Parrock as a whole. The facilities are always clean and well looked after. Water is readily available and staff are friendly and helpful. There are normally a decent amount of appointment times available. We had a very useful check up which helped us understand our oral hygiene with a list of suggestions. They always have hygiene products readily available to purchase. Our regular hygienist Jide has been fantastic. Not only does he do a great job, he also teaches and demonstrates what we need to do to maintain our hygiene at home. He always asks questions and makes sure we have a good understanding of oral hygiene. He also congratulated us on maintaining our hygiene which was very motivating and it was something we appreciated. My partner has struggled with gum disease for a very long time, Jide and the team helped clear it up.

I completed a treatment recently, crowns in my front teeth. Dr Blanche is a professional with a very good approach to the patient, extremely skilled. She reassured throughout explaining , advising all possible treatments options. Brilliant results I’d highly recommend.

I have always been apprehensive about visiting the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Fahd was truly exceptional. The treatment was completely pain-free, and Dr. Fahd's comforting manner made all the difference. He took his time to explain every detail of the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. One lady who I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person at every appointment and query - sorry I can’t remember your name but you are one of a kind, you are incredible and I’m glad I get to speak to you and you help me out till the end . Dr. Fahd Zaheer is absolutely amazing . He makes going to the dentist something to look forward to with his big smile and occasionally funny dad jokes. Him and his nurse assistant really show alot of care for their patients.

Brilliant service from reception, to the waiting room and the dentists (and dental nurses). Super friendly, willing to talk you through the processes/treatment and literally don't want to rip you off with unnecessary treatments. They come up with alternatives and want to help you. Can't fault the reminders you get too! Can't believe we have this dental surgery in Chatham. Highly recommended

Good dentists are hard to find. I have found the impartial advice refreshing. Always a warm welcome greeted with genuine interest and willing to listen not preach. Receptionists very friendly, not the usual stoney face with zero humour. Almost like going....if you know what I mean!

The hygienist Catalina was very kind and understanding as I was so nervous. But she understood how I felt and reacted in a pleasant way. Her nurse too was very caring. I had not had hygienist treatment for over 20 years so Catalina the hygienist put me at ease as much as she could

I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.
