Receptionists warm and friendly and welcome you on arrival. My Dentist Yasmin and her support assistant were fantastic doing fillings that took quite sometime. Yasmin spoke to me through the dentistry treatment and as a bonus some of her singing!

Visited COCO Dental Practice today and I was so impressed by the improvements made to the surgery, Every member of staff were first class. I was treated efficiently and effectively, with respect, dignity and humour. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure my safety on leaving the practice too.

I went to Eastgate dental practice 2 years ago to see what route would be best to take to help straighten my teeth. I was then introduced to Dr Aman and nurse Amber who were very welcoming and professional. They recommended that I have a brace fitted, and talked me through the whole process from fitting, check ups and cost. I proceeded to having it done and every month went back for a check up and tighten up until they were both happy that my teeth were completely straight and ready to remove my brace. I was given a full hygiene clean and opted to have Enlighten whitening to fully embrace my new look. Again this was done with Aman and Ambers guidance and was well worth the time it has taken to get to where I am now.

I’ve had such a good experience with Ricky. Every appointment has been on time and fully informative on the treatment process. So happy with the results of my Invisalign. The rest of the team and staff on reception always lovely and welcoming. Thank you!

Went to these lovely people today had my wisdom tooth taken out. Not going to lie I was petrified, these guys completely understood didn’t rush me at all they are amazing people very welcoming. I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Sikander for years, and I can’t say enough good things about him and Monica. Whether it’s a simple cleaning, a filling or more complex procedures like crowns or bridges, Dr. Sikander handles it all with the highest level of professionalism and care. My dentist is Dr K. Mahal. He is very professional and very gentle when doing any treatment. Always puts me at ease. My 8 year old son sees him too and really likes going to see him for checkups. I'd highly recommend the practice.

Super friendly, willing to talk you through the processes/treatment and literally don't want to rip you off with unnecessary treatments. They come up with alternatives and want to help you. The hygienist Catalina was very kind and understanding as I was so nervous. But she understood how I felt and reacted in a pleasant way. Her nurse too was very caring. I had not had hygienist treatment for over 20 years so Catalina the hygienist put me at ease as much as she could

I spoke to a wonderful receptionist named Sue today who was very friendly and helpful. I asked her to pass on how wonderful another receptionist named Tara was, along with my dentist Victoria and her assistant Kim. I was a little nervous about my appointment as I have neglected my teeth, but all 3 of these wonderful people made me feel at ease and comfortable. Victoria assured me that everything will be fine and genuinely cares, she was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this practice, full with fantastic, caring, wonderful and highly professional staff here. Easy to book appointment. Friendly staff. Dentist gave a full explanation of her findings and my treatment options, with transparent pricing. No attempts were made to up sell anything, which is an irritating feature of some private practices. I will be using this service again.

I have been a patient at Oradent for many years, all of the dentists are lovely and make you feel at ease as do the receptionists, all with a smile on their face's. I had to have two teeth removed at the front and have a new plate fitted, i was nervous and Kira explained everything and this made me feel at ease. The new plate with straight teeth and a colour match are excellent, for once i feel as though i can smile again and that is priceless.

I have honestly gone from being a patient who needed a prep-visit before appointments and a chaperone to being able to go in alone to have work done. That is something I never thought would ever happen and is directly connected to the team. I’ve visited three of their surgeries, and this one is by far the best. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and supportive environment. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially for anyone who feels nervous about dental visits. I’ve never been very good with Dentists, but after 5/10 minutes, I felt almost completely at ease. The ladies I had at the desk and in the patient room with me, have a cracking sense of humour, and they definitely seem like my kind of people. They were very welcoming, and in a lovely, calm environment too. Safe to say, I definitely will be returning and I will be highly recommending these guys to anyone looking to get their smile back or even just a routine check up🫶🏻

I had a perfect experience at the GM dental and implant centre, I called a night before for a emergency appointment to fix my veneer and they helped with minutes to see me in the next day, at the day was all perfect as they helped to fixed it for a very reasonable price and I had to me to mention about how lovely and helpful Angela the recepcionist was. So far I’m absolutely happy with everything.

Well what a wonderful service I have received from this Dental Practice. Rik was so empathetic and caring from the first day I met him. My complex bone grafts and implants were perhaps very challenging. But i5 did not phase Rik, as he is a perfectionist in his own right. My molars have been difficult for years, until I found Parrock Dental. I've been treated with respect and kindness and given the best treatment that I could've wanted. So far, I've had a couple of teeth rebuilt, rather than patched up, and I've had one implant. Dr Rik is so reassuring and professional and the whole team looks after you so well. I am very happy with my implant, it is comfortable and easy to use and keep clean, the colour blends into my mouth perfectly. I also discovered how useful dental hygiene treatment and advice is. I had no idea how to get rid of my swollen gums nor that you should have actual gaps between your teeth at gum level. I have always been to the dentist twice a year, however no one has talked about brushing at an angle between the gum and the tooth! Thank you Parrock Dental, I wish that I'd come to you years ago.

My partner and I have had an amazing experience with Parrock as a whole. The facilities are always clean and well looked after. Water is readily available and staff are friendly and helpful. There are normally a decent amount of appointment times available. We had a very useful check up which helped us understand our oral hygiene with a list of suggestions. They always have hygiene products readily available to purchase. Our regular hygienist Jide has been fantastic. Not only does he do a great job, he also teaches and demonstrates what we need to do to maintain our hygiene at home. He always asks questions and makes sure we have a good understanding of oral hygiene. He also congratulated us on maintaining our hygiene which was very motivating and it was something we appreciated. My partner has struggled with gum disease for a very long time, Jide and the team helped clear it up.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits.
